- In this video, I show you the new Stellar Industries 48" storage box that I got for my T-MAX crane body. Then I continue work at Trilogy Farms to get their s680 and s780 combines ready to go. On the s680, I've got to get the feed accelerator bearings replaced and then it''s done. On the s780, I've got to do Install some missing bolts in the concave, check the shoe augers, update software, replace a final drive seal, and correct a discharge beater belt alignment issue.

Another good one Zeth. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate your content and use your videos as our own reference during repairs. Thanks!!!
I remember how mad I used to be at engineers not caring about making things that could be serviced on cars in the past, you've got it 10 times worse it seems! You earn every dollar you make on these repairs!
Thanks for another great video ZK. It was most interesting and informative and enjoyable to watch for sure.
First. Love your new storage box you got for your service truck. They fit right in to the truck box and give you lots of extra storage. Looks great also just fits right in to the box. Good deal.
Now back to combine fixing. Both of these repair jobs were kind of over my head so to speak. Because of my lack of knowledge I was having a hard time following you in terms of where we were at in the combine and what was actually wrong. Of course, you knew actually what to do and what needed fixing so my job was just to watch and follow you as you got it fixed. ZK your fantastic degree of knowledge on these combines just blows me away. I had no idea of what to do and all that. You just went to work and fixed it and got the job done.
Amazing work ZK!!!!!!!!!!
On that second combine you showed us how that rotor device was pushed to one side more than the other. Believe the way we were looking at it the right side was tight and the left had space. Once again, your knowledge caught that and lead you to what needed to be done.
I don’t know if I would have caught that or if someone relatively new would have caught that either. Wonderful job of catching that error in that rotor device.
Just another pat on your back, your ability to catch things like that and know exactly how to correct it is absolutely incredible amount of John Deere knowledge!!!!!! My compliments to you ZK!!!!!!!!!!!
About it I guess for now. Thanks for teaching us again on several difficult cases. Great work ZK!!!!!
The Iowa farm boy. Steve
😊👍👍✅🇺🇸🇺🇸
“Milwaukee saved the day” love it. 😂
I’m always impressed with your knowledge of the various John Deere equipment. Great content. How’s Josh doing?
He's Good!
Love the air hammer. Nice truck addition!
Stage 1 aggression level. LMAO!!!!!!!! I truly do love watching your videos. very entertaining.
I was taught by wise men to remove a seal, you drill a small hole on it's face then use a small slide hammer with a wood screw, easy peasy😊
Great show keep up the great work👍
Shoe augers are my favourite
It's really nice set up you have there, ZK MASTER TECH .you have a rolling fortune. Keep it up. You're going to need a bigger truck 😂 awesome repair video. Thanks for sharing ✌️
Thanks 👍
Im currently a technician at a cat dealership a love your videos hopefully I can be a great field tech like you
Thanks for another great Zeth! That’s a very nice storage box, like You said it’s quality stuff! Have You ever thought of having trailer instead of a service box like You have? Very good friend of mine owns a ag repair shop with him and 3 or 4 other Mechanics. My Friend does a pile of service called and he has a 5th wheel trailer with his tool boxes rolled into place and locked down. He also has a very nice work bench inside the trailer. His air compressor, welder and ect … is all inside the trailer and out of the weather and wind. He really likes it a lot and works well for him and for the weekend or such he drops the trailer at his shop and still has a truck to drive. Just wondering if You ever thought of it? Thanks for the video!
Awesome.
I just like 👍 watching.
Sadly, nothing has the quality or quality control that you pay for. Thanks for the content. have a great week end.
Would love to see you work on something random like a round baler one day
Can you link the puller you were using to pull the accelerator pulley off?
Nice Vid!
You need a big nasty air hammer like Eric O has on south main auto. It's made by astro tools I think
Thanks for the videos. I like your truck setup. Could you have turned the box around so that you could stand on the outside of the truck to access its contents?
Purely speculation here, but my guess is yes that box could be turned around to be accessible outside. But then it would be to high up and require a step ladder to see and reach its contents.
You probably have shown it in past videos, but I'm extremely interested in that puller you used. Details please on manufacture and part number. Thank you.
yes I would like to know also
Link for the pulling tool?
👍👍👍
looking for a way to make a bolt nut assortment is the reason for this question what do you have in the pack outs or how do you have you bolt nut assortments set up
I have bolts and nuts in the packout drawers
ahh john deere quality save money go blue
Is that longer socket tool to remove the long spring off that socket you can buy or did you make it???
I made it
What the news on your 855 ,you still workin on her?
What's the active yield pip??
To make sure the active yield sensors have the correct firmware.
I started to follow you. Do you work for yourself or John Deer
Deere dealer. Sloan implement
And you tighten it repeatedly 😅
How on earth can you afford all those tools?
Costs money to make money
🌾🌽🦃🐓🦆🪿🦤🦢🐖🐂🐐🐏🐑🐃เป็นกำลังใจให้ครับ🚜🛠️🌏🤝🇹🇭🥃🍷❤️🙏🛠️
To me has a mechanic working at Deer you shouldn't have to buy your own tools that is just stupid
real mechanics want their own tools
Unless you work for the railroad or military all mechanics, no matter what brand they work on, provide their own tools.
Wish my tools stayed that organized but it’s impossible on oilfield lease roads
