1) Redfish slot size in Louisiana is 18 - 27 inches with a 4 fish limit
2) My boat has been in the shop for a while so I am on my friends boat. My boat is finally fixed and I'll be out on it soon.

I fish artificial lures and mostly in the marshes and lakes on the east side of the Mississippi River in South Louisiana for Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Largemouth Bass. These videos are rough edited so I can show them within a few days of the trip and because I don't know how to edit videos. If you fish in the same areas I do, this might give you some idea of current conditions and fish activity. If you have a similar channel, leave me a comment so I can check it out.
That's what I'm talking about, what a great day fishing. The wife and I hit our bayous here in southwest LA and the reds are just not up in our area thick yet, but I know they will be when that water gets a little cooler. Great video brother, God bless and glad to hear your boats good again.
Glad to see ya back , I been tagging reds all summer , using my modified wake bait , running the shorelines and sight casting to them in the ponds , good to see some sizable trout showing up , even flounder ls showing up , thanks for sharing your video

Glad to see you back in action!! Was wondering what happened. I had a similar incident several years ago. A kid ran into the back of my boat messed up the hydraulic jack and mount. Fortunately did not damage motor or haul , but my boats was out for 2 months. (Painful) Hope u get it back w everything good to go, so we can see u in action! Appreciate the videos, Jared!

Craw has so many applications like you said! Hopedale is always a good spot, just got to find them, they’re there!! 90/10 rule sometimes!

You're right. Hopedale might not be the best spot in the state, but it is the most consistent area I fish.
