Just bought a Quadro k620 for $18 and it trades blows with my GT 1030 actually, so even for Nvidia it's not the best pairing.

Personally I would recommend an Intel Core I5 2500M its base clock is 3.30Ghz but if unlocked for overclocking it will easily go 3.70Ghz just normally without overclocking it's with 4 cores so yeah why not and I recommend an Intel DH61WW motherboard with it and with that you need an Zotac Gt730 zone edition 4gb vram gddr3 64bit and 8gb ram you could run gta v on medium graphics getting 60 - 80 fps and you will need the latest drivers with it so it can function properly in NFS shift I get around 200 - 460 fps on max settings so it will cost around 150 - 270 USD cause of fluctuating prices! Trust me its my pc
