Zenzuu isn’t that just basically a Camry? Maybe it was a bad driver cuz I don’t see how that could happen😂 but then again idk what kind of power you’re pushing in your car. And all of my cars have been stock, so just out of my experience out of those three the speed has been the fastest haha!

To say the speed 3 is “way faster” then both of those cars would make me think you are either delusional or just lying. Because yeah the speed3 is fast but in no way is it way faster. Speed3 doesn’t have such a torquey launch like the GTI especially after the 2015 model so it doesn’t spin like hell so it grips easier. Genesis just weighs more and doesn’t have a turbo. A roll with either of the cars will be a totally different story as far as the way faster feeling. It just simply isn’t.

300hp is easy the stock turbo can only safely push out 310-320whp its gonna take a lot to be pushing 400whp ur gonna need at least fbo, bigger turbo, and e85 freaktune
@ElementalRain They bend stock rod's after a while at anything above stage 1 the rods fatigue with ever pull through their maximum torque range 3500 to 4500 rpm . The smart one's either go forged rod's or pull ignition timing in that rpm area to take pressure off the weak component .
Actually.... NO. You have to shift it at 5800 to get the most power out of a Speed3, as the power drops off really really bad above 5800. The Redline is 6700, so, that guy was definitely not going to redline... or, he would have been way behind.

it could have been e85 that stunk, though. The factory tune runs rich at high rpm, especially. However, with e30 and a custom tune, I run ~11.7:1 AFR all the way across the rev range.
The smoke is either because he is burning oil or didn't change his spark plugs. I had black smoke forgot to change spark plugs running 139k lol. After changed all good now.

I have a speed 3 don't under estamated the zoom zoom on 1/4 or top end as the 180 speed o not for looks all y getting 33 mpg unless you have heavy foot
bleh dsg and a stage 2... get a standard gti instead itll be more fair. dsg is quick at shifting but racing is about shifting skills and changing gears with the clutch involve and driver errors. if it desnt have a clutch pedal than its an automatic. love the speed 3 and gti though!! i have a genjuan speed 3 and my boy has a very clean mk3 vr6 with either a magnaflow exhaust or a borla i dont remember and its sitting on bags with some nice rare rims(i forget the name). a stage 2 mk4 1.8t golf also on bags looks bone stock but man that thing is fast.
I have a stock 2012 MS3 and my buddy had a stock 2017 VW GTI. I smoked him the first race we had. After a few weeks he put his turbo in and got it tuned. He ended up beating me but not by too much. I use mine as a work car but once I used it as a weekend car and do a few upgrades I want to see what this baby can handle 👍🏻
Both are gen 2. You'll need the bumper and fenders along with the hood to make it fit properly. If you put just the hood. There will be a huge panel gap

It's just a blanket term to describe a car has a few bolt ons and a tune. Stage 1 = car is pretty much stock with an ECU reflash tune Stage 2 = car probably has a downpipe, intercooler, and a CAI paired with a tune to utilize the extra airflow Stage 2+/3 = upgraded turbo at the very least with all the previous bolt ons and maybe some more mods depending on the car

Golf r's are decent, but super overpriced imo. Id take the speed too because they are undervalued for the performance and looks. The golf r looks like any other gti
420hotbox36 its a dual clutch dsg. Two manuals stuck together with electronic controlled clutch. Also puts power to the wheels between gears and shifts faster than Bruce Jenner after coming out of the closet

MS3s are really nice. Can get 400 hp easy with a COBB tune and Accessport, and the torque is good too imo.
300hp is easy the stock turbo can only safely push out 310-320whp its gonna take a lot to be pushing 400whp ur gonna need at least fbo, bigger turbo, and e85 freaktune
