Ryan, you should get yourself a sous vide cooker. You can prepare your proteins all at once very efficiently, and they're vacuum sealed so will stay good for a long time in the fridge. You also don't have to supervise so it's a time-saving method as well.

My protein brand peanut butter has significantly less fat than normal peanut butter.
