When our daughter and family lived in England, they would take us to different parts of the country each time we would go to visit. On one trip, they took us to Cornwall for a week and we stayed in a beautiful cottage on a farm called Coombe Mill. The farmer, who looked like a young Prince Charles, came around each day on a tractor with a small wagon behind. You could get on and he would take you to feed the animals. My young grandchildren had so much fun feeding the lambs, goats, rabbits, donkeys, tetc. They got to ride ponies too. It was such a picturesque area with a beautiful little stream and stone bridge nearby. We went to the fishing village of Padstow and took a sight seeing boat along the coast. Such a beautiful place.
Cornwall is very beautiful but it is not only that, it is all its history. It is a pictured postcard; just amazing. A lovely adventure. Thank you guys.
I can’t decide what is more enchanting, the scenery, the cottages, or Kirsten and Joerg! Let’s just call it a three way tie. Thanks for sharing your trip.
Speechless, I can only hope the British Tourism Board are paying you both handsomely for promoting the majestic and magnificent British countryside to the world. Thank you for sharing.
We are lucky enough to live on the Lizard Peninsula and seeing it through your eyes makes me realise that I have forgotten to look after all these years. Thank you for reminding me that I live in a very beautiful place, I must make time in between working to get out and appreciate it all. Bless you both
Oh Kirsten and Joerg, I'm literally sobbing here because I've missed the West Country so much. Can't wait to get back there. I think this was one of your best videos ever, and I can't thank you enough for lifting my spirits with this little corner of paradise.
Never have been but I DO understand. I agree! Though at the beginning of each of their videos I find myself smiling no matter what they are doing! Because this couple has chosen to video so many things in their lives I have had the opportunity to see the Britain I have longed to see my entire life. I’m SO grateful!
The only thing that I know about Poldark is that he had a predisposition to remove his shirt and cut the hay with a scythe. I feel that in the spirit of the story, Joerg could have recreated the scene. Another lovely video. Thank you.
Oh my gosh, this is one of the most amazing places in the world! If I had to live for the rest of my life in this village, wearing a shawl, an apron and a bonnet, I would know that my life goal is accomplished. (I binged watched Poldark !!!)
Best memories... we were there in the 1990 ies. I hadn't in the least expected such a beautiful and dramatic landscape, the mild climate and the wonderful flowers an and plants. Not to mention the picturesque villages like Clovelly as well as the long and lonely beaches ....Our holiday was so impressive and unique...
I couldn't choose my favorite part of todays episode. The Poldark locations were beautiful with the high cliffs and peaceful paths. The village scenes were tranquil with the thatched cottages and potted geraniums at every turn. The print on Kirstens dress was gorgeous and of course Jeorg was his usual handsome self.
Thank you both for creating a lovely reprieve in sharing all these beautiful settings! The hours of work invested to edit, etc. do not go unappreciated. You both are adorable!

Poldark was the last series I watched on t.v. It was so good I didn't want it to end. The location of course where you are, the acting the storyline. It was amazing. I want to go to England someday, but the countryside, especially Cornwall. I also so enjoyed Doc Martin, and will watch reruns of that show because of Martin's character, but mostly because of the scenery, and the music. It just makes me so happy.
