I could not do that job in todays traffic. I had Chinese six back in the 1950/60s. 150 miles from home. no money.no cell phone abbess in teeth,raging headache.all I could do was to soldier back home in a crash gearbox lorry. long drive got sorted next day.
Wow, that plant nursery is a stone’s throw from where my Nan and Grandad lived. I used to drive past there all the time as a kid in the summer holidays. My Grandad would of been out taking pictures of that Southport sunrise. Thanks for sharing Luke

Luke I’m doing my theory practicing now, if you have a bulb out you must stop and get it repaired immediately 😂😂😂
If you work for a proper outfit they would carry a full set spare bulbs in the vehicle . And would not send it out with a water sender fault,
Whenever I used to have a bulb go and I never had any I would just take the bulb out from the other side and use that!!!
That is a DAF signature sound and it's usually phantom problems!
That warning beeper though. I couldn't cope with that at all!!

If you had not done any driving between your 45min break and the next 15min break do you not need another 45 to write the driving time back to zero?
Working time still counts as work. I don’t need to be actually driving.

That beeping happened on my truck. Warning said washer fluid level cannot be measured. Drove me crazy. Boss got sensor sorted and fine now but its painful

Hi Luke, still like being your videos. Very curious not being a HGV driver myself. When your lorry died, how did you get another lorry? Surely a newish startup company like yours doesn't have spares not pulling their weight and earning money?
