Yes,thanks to them guys! Battle of Normandy 73,000 Allied troops killed, 150,000 wounded. 29,000 American troops died. My dad had had 28 brothers and/or first cousins in WW2. The St.Paul MN paper at the time had a front page article with all of their photos. Miraculously they all came back alive.

I run the same set up on my side dress machine. Less disturbing of soil. And it injects so not laying on top. Works good imo. Enjoy your channel… from a Kansas Farmer…..

The shank works great for getting the nitrogen in the soil to minimize loss due to volotilazation. The negative aspect of the shank is that it can catch trash between the shank and the coulters.

It’s seems like everybody is getting to much rain. But I suppose it’s better than no rain.
It always seems to have its pros and cons.
We have the same fast side dress rig and use the knifes on it instead of the streams. Seems to work better for us. Rocks might get hard on them.

Seen my first pivot running a week ago it's pretty dry in NW Indiana. Beginning of May was wet, but not now.

I have tried a 100 different whiskies but never the Old Camp. Steph should have taken a good shot to kill that cold! Enjoy the camaraderie of you folks. On a farming note, the rippled coulters, originally on plows, were marketed that the ripples would keep the coulters turning vs smooth coulters. But, on the downside, as they wore down, the ground contact almost doubled, making them harder to penetrate. Just an ol’ guy with random information. Cheers! 🥃
