I have stuck at google logo and below lock (Open) symbol cant connect adb devices

if you have unlock symbol means the device is already unlock, if you are on stock rom you can try to boot to stock recovery and do a factory reset

@@AskMike I can't reach adb devices fastboot I have stock rom even power + low volme press together nothing happening

if you can boot into stock rom, please ensure you have developer options and usb debugging enable. Then you can use adb "adb reboot bootloader" to boot into fastboot mode.
