As soon as I entered into recovery mode my laptop (windows 10) doesn't recognise nexus 6p and when I type adb devices (after entering into recovery) it doesn't display "number" devices thing.

This is because you have not set the ADB path in the environment variable. Please follow the guide in this video ua-cam.com/video/LOjXtNSYuBM/v-deo.htmlm21s to set environment variable in your machine for the ADB to be use anywhere

recovery mode you need to enable adb sideload for the adb sideload to work. I don't think you need to do adb devices in recovery
but it shows error that no devices\emulators found
