    6:20 mine doesn't seem to work, it just draws regurlarly over the sqaure for me

      You need to make sure that any object you set as a clip group, is not already clipped. For example, add the shape you want to use as a clip group & then right click and select the clip group. Also, it will not work if you haven't selected to turn it into a path first (Path> Object To Path).
