I agree it makes no sence having a Death Penalty and have those waiting to die end up living a full life behind bars.....why not just end their life as soon as the judge says Guilty. the majorty of people on Death Row waiting their turn to die..are still alive years later.
Sad thing is, it's the appeal process everyone convicted of any crime has access to. They can't get rid of it, as they've had cases that years down the road, a death row inmate was proven they were innocent. If the one convicted doesn't appeal anything, they would be dead within a couple of months, but as soon as they appeal something, their case can be pushed back years. and some cases have multiple things they can appeal, which could push it back decades. appeals go to the supreme court. it's not a local court that deals with them. it goes strait to supreme court. So they are back logged massively already. they can not legally be executed until their appeals are seen to and processed. And with a precedence of someone proving themselves innocent years later after a death sentencing being there, there is no foot they can stand on to remove the process from the rights of death row inmates. If they did remove the right of appeal, it would eventually get to a point where a corrupt judge somewhere would just pass out Death Sentences to whoever they wanted. There would be no way to appeal it. There would be no saving grace for those people. Maybe the judge would be removed after a few sentences, but how much potentially innocent blood did that judge order to death before they could stop it? How many other judges have done the same? It would just go right back to the way it is now eventually anyways. So while i too disagree with the ridiculously lengthy process in which a death row inmate can appeal their sentencing, there's no real good way to get rid of that lengthy process unfortunately.

Luciferians are a smaller group, but they also are not evil.
