    HiJohn, awesome content. Just a quick question. What exercises could a person do who is putting their feet down early when they long jump- can't keep feet up and extended? Thank you for any feedback. Happy holidays!

      Many thanks - it’s more than likely that the fault derived from the take-off and the possibility of rotation taking over the flight. If the feet drop it’s likely to be the result of forward rotation ... so I would work if maximising the take-off, take-off drive and the resultant technique used. There’s not much you can do strength wise once rotation has taken over in terms of lifting the legs when landing. However, for general hip lower and strength necessary for landing - I would suggest hanging wall bar (or similar) leg lifts.
