EXCELLENT Video Josh.👌 Thankyou for doing this and showing to all how its done.🙏 This art is basically almost lost .🤞This "hunt" process you've filmed, we all participated in, in the 60s🤓 and 70s😎 and 80s🤠 as a matter of common "fishing".(then we got older🥸 ) and hunting the "mud flats", crabs weren't as numerous, but tinny & 4x4s opened up new "hunting" pathways. But your Efforts and adventure's and dedication to investing in these videos are not just so entertaining but incredibly informative, real live hunts, that anyone can brave themselves to try, from you sharing your experiences and knowledge. Hat off to your Dad participating in the hunt. But the arrival of the internet took large chunks of generations away from these exciting past times and by the same token , your video efforts are helping to bring them back. ( I just hated you when you cooked and ate that crab😭) Well done man . keep going.🤜🤛👋

What a session for a cold night.Great reward for a nights work. A mate of mine only telling me about buying mudcrab in Darwin at $79 a kilo. So well worth it if you ask me.
Definitely rewarding. I am a bit crazy when it comes to getting a few of crabs though. 😂 always gotta get my moneys worth

I’m definitely no expert but I thought it was only W.A that had two species those of which are Scylla serrata or green and Scylla olivacea the brown, spoken to some locals down the local here in seq and one blokes reckon there’s 3-5 different species but I don’t believe that I just think there are many different colour variations but like I said I’m definitely no expert and don’t wanna be an expert ever lol but I think it’s just the green we have here in seq and central qld what ya reckon man ?
