One runner on the Last Turn Cam at 10:57 had a torn hamstring or other injuries and still made it under 18 mins! One day he can tell his kids, I had a torn hamstring and still made it on my hands and knees at 12:15!
OMG, This was one of our West Torrance runners! Brought tears to my eyes. Did he actually make a finishing time? I think he was just short of the line. Talk about 100% effort.
