Thats is not a 350 front end that's 250 big red front end.

I has a 85' 350x 3 Wheeler. It was the top of line 4 stroke sport bike for Honda. It had a very distinctive front end with aluminum shocks and twin headlights. Only produce '85 & '86. Most likely that is a 250 big red front end.

what an adventure!! I spilled coffee on my shirt this morning, yelling at the tv as you were heading to your parents house on the first ride.... JOE!! if any of us have learned ANYthing watching you over time, always, ALWAYS clean the carbs first! That thing definitely looks like a riot to ride.
It’s definitely slow lmao but I mean it’s auto and 2 speed if it had a better engine ide use it as a drag bike lmao
This is 2022 so it would be ten yr not 8
That headlight can be removed from its mount and used as a worklight, has about 10ft of cable wound up under it.
It's only running on one cylinder you can hear the other one cutting in and out while it's Idling soon as you start revving it you can hear the other one cut out I had a 72 Honda CB 450 double overhead cam it would do that from time to time and like to foul sparkplugs

Started with Honda 350 and 360s for dirt bikes. This reminds me of a 250 2t trike a friend had with a dirt bike front end. Lot of fun going straight but destined to hurt someone. Very cool!

you should get some axle spacers for it and build a shorter swingarm, might be pretty cool
It’s actually the degree of the neck that needs changed aswell , I one this with a tri z and rd 400 engine we lengthened the sinking arm and spaced out the wheels ,but eventually a mechanic done a sort off goose neck on it for us .but that tailed it on the road but it wasn’t any more fun off road so it got swapped for a blown engine kx that got the crazy engine supermoto touch bck in 90 92 ish can’t mind that far bck but we where building some ,,,, mad stuff .went on to do some mechanical sculpting with mutoid waste co .if you want to see some off the stuff there’s plenty old stuff on you tube .and there still going .
Hi Joe - the front end is cool, and the engine is so strong…. But that back-end needs chopping up into small pieces and into the trash! I reckon you could find or make a wide swing-arm (about 4-6 inches shorter…) and get a matching super-fat rear tyre. It would be so much better and safer as a 2-wheeler - and that motor sounds fabulous!

I had a Hondamatic 750 you have N,1,2, you can take off in either gear it was designed that way, also when you turn you can't lean in on a turn with a 3 wheeler, you have to lean the opposite way to turn, sounds crazy but true and if you made the rear wider it wouldn't be so tippy

I've never quite understood the Love that some have for Motorized Trikes. Something left over from childhood? Who knows for sure. But, as they say, What ever turns your personal Crank.
I knew a guy that just loved Trikes. He bought a perfectly good Honda 1800 Gold Wing, and converted it to a Tryke! Thought I was going to start crying as he made his conversion. What a waste of a nice Gold Wing. Ah, but it's a Free Country, well, Semi-Free anyway.

Damn that's crazy the Frankenstein's airbox was clean but there's this stuff for gas tanks it's called Red koat I believe it's spelled that way but yea man that stuff works great it coats the insides and seals em used it a few time growing up 👍👍
I'm going to keep that trike style in mind for the next time I come across a three-wheeler that's not worth fixing up. Very cool!

At least you have some options you have a 250 front end and actually if you just cut all that crap off and found a rear wheel a front wheel and some Forks you can have a complete bike again of the street version anyway LOL. The ATC's were one hell of a lot of fun to ride. The only people I know that ever got hurt on an ATC either had no idea what they were doing or were out there doing something really stupid. After seeing the custom rear end fabrication, I get why it's called the death trike..............lol.

The Hawkomatic was a awesome motorcycle! My mom had a guy friend that had one, he would let me out on the street at the age of 13 to Cruze the roads! So much fun! I can't believe you took that insanely sketchy rat rod three wheeler up to 63 mph!!!! Had to be a adrenaline rush from hell! You go Joe!!!!

I could be wrong but it almost sounds like you've got a spark issue something breaking down between the stator cdi and coil put a drill on the flywheel meter the sparkplug wire see if you're voltage is consistent
Reviews back in the day said it had 250cc power but good torque spread and the rear brake was locked out of use once moving. The lack of a rear diff means corners will always be "interesting". Nice !
Probably try different tire on the front I don't know if that'll help to stirring but it might
I got her up to 65 and the wheel fell off😂 it’s got some issues still but just needs some love and it’ll be brand new

Wow who ever come up with that must have been thinking like me bck in the late 80,s I took an rd 400 motor and tri z dt 125 forks a bit off kneck stretching put it all together and had the best looking fastest enduro trike .
Can you imagine changing the gearing on that machine. Someone needed a fun toy and they built one for not much money. Ingenuity at its best.

As a motorcycle it's been 10 years..but the guy could have had it going as the 3 wheeler 1 year ago...def custom..3 wheeler front.. motorcycle frame/center...3 wheeler rear end😆 you buy that thing up here in Maine haha

big red front end, Honda CM250T frame with CB400N engine is what i think.
Did l miss an oil check? Looks like the shocks (welded on!) need more sag on the preload and some damping!

Everything on the entire front is a Honda 250es big red. Also if you had 2 tires like you have on front and put on rear and also put a tire on the rear up front with a pair of wheel spacers it would be so much stabiler.
Be a good farming utility trike.weld that rear end up with some bracing and maybe lower it in back a bit.
I dig the mad max looking honda, it runs pretty good for sitting for 10yrs. Ride Safe👍🏼👍🏼

Maybe if the shocks were actually working and not locked solid fully extended it wouldn't be so bad. Maybe soften them up a bit. Little wider. Idk just a suggestion

Correct me, if I'm wrong: If shock's are welded to the frame, even only at one end, they can't work correctly. If rear end moves despite that, something bends and will break sooner or later.

If any one could help me what causes the timeing marks to not line up I have times my 3 wheeler over 50 times it will not go in timeing is it the cam idk I've never seen something like this it rolls little smoke no backfire it won't start please if anyone knows

I have a cm400a hondamatic. I wish they still made the atc line up but stupid people hurting them selves ended that for the rest of us. Trikes are alot of fun if you know how to ride them. Not a quad not a dirtbike.
It needs a much wider rear axle and different tires.. thats literally on the edge of disaster... if speed wobble starts /rear-end hop starts it could be uncontrollable.....
AIR PRESSURE looks to be different in the rear tires.... 1 is more rounded than the other.
That would be a cool trail ride.

I always heard a trike is most stable the closer the 3 wheels are to forming an equilateral triangle, so...
Install a wider rear axle with new hubs and true the rims. Be a lot more stable
The front end is from a 250ES (Big Red), so 1985 or 1986.

Can you explain the vinegar in the gas tank? I own a 1987 Honda fourtrax 250 (I've seen a couple on your channel), as you know, the gas tank is metal and could use some tlc.

If I were you I would reconstruct that rear swing setup and convert it into an single rear shock like an Yamaha warrior rear swing arm
