I refuse to believe that. Marco never skips on his glutes, so he's definitely hiding mega hams under his baggy pants. On top of that, the guy (Henryk) who tells you about Abella's big butt is clearly trying to convince you he's straight. Unreliable narrator + Jojo character = Marco wins. If you want to argue proportionality though, yeah she's the only only character who has done a squat without being a body builder, so she kinda wins by default.
Glass shards. Glass shards at everything with eyes. Keep throwin' them until they are blind. Got eyes? Glass shards. Simple as that. Don't want glass shards in the eyes? Too bad. You get the shards.
Honestly, it's a sound strategy for any fight against fleshy creatures, like people! In the real world, it would probably be best to put the glass into some sort of bag you could throw - about hand sized, thin enough that the glass will shred it on impact - so you don't suffer lacerations yourself. When the end times come, remember that windows are a convenient supply of sharp edged material, which while brittle, is indeed VERY sharp and rather light weight.
- Usign Rev up 3 times in one round makes your character attack twice - Adding spices to your spells adds more utility to them, like chosen spell being used right away when battle starts - Some sigils have hidden proporties when drawn on certain spots - When faced with special attacks like Villager's bear trap, using Guard will help you avoid those - While exploring, your character will constantly keep on losing their Mind, but there are few places where it's Mind will actually will be increasing, one of them being train, though your Hunger will keep on increasing while you idle so it can be treated as a trade of

@@indeimausI have a tip regarding the coin flips not entirely being 50/50 although idk if you’d consider something like that to be too much of a spoiler so lemme know
Abandoning two runs with the two powerhouse characters (and Daan) but having a run that sticks with Marina, who takes knowledge to use effectively, is such a Fear&Hunger thing to happen.
Tip: O'saa starts out with the spice forge, which augments your spells to ether: Cast when entering combat (green), reduce mind cost (blue), or increase dmg (red). You can buy a ring from the shop in town (Dr Kefer's shop) called Betel's Ring which gives you some mind back every turn. This combined with the blue spice augment means you can use pyromancy trick every turn and get the mind cost refunded! Edit: some corrections. For some reason I thought the white/grey spice looked green. Looking over it again, it’s clearly not. 2nd: after reading one of the comments and checking the wiki, the red spice ether buffs the spell or casts the spell twice, depending on the spell.
I thought it was grey blue and red. Also if I remember correctly, red makes it so you cast the spell twice. At least it allows you to cast pheromones twice, as I learnt in a Daan maso run. You can also get the Betel's ring in the church rafters for free, if you can get past the pillar men.
- It's worth reading the combat manual in the train. - When you use the spice forge, you will have access to the regular version of the spell and a spiced version at the same time in your skill list. - Mind regenerates slowly in the train. - You can interact diagonally with objects. - Sharing this tip just because it makes absolutely no sense - Marcoh can punch ghosts.

It's so funny to me that Miro Havernin literally created the Funger games but has a phobia of button-up shirts. That's just so silly! I hope he never has to wear them.
@buttertoto378 The Irrational obelisk is a nod to a certain button-up shirt art piece Miro/Orange saw and found very uncomfortably unsettling. I forgot the name of it forgive me... but its almost a one for one of the actual one. Yes, this Irrational Obelisk exists in this world and you can go see it yourself.
I think it would be amazing if you did a few videos on this game. I know that's not really your style but it just suits you so well and there's so much to see and explore in Termina. I would love if you did a very specific thing - go to the Woodsman's house and defeat him. Softening him up with a gun works wonders (and make sure you kill the nut hugger) and get his key. Then go into the basement of his house and draw the Rher rune. I leave the rest to you Mr. Maus! Great work this Shocktober!
Every time I see Funger being played, I can't stop but thinking "Frapollo, where you at?" I don't even remember you played the first one, and I even had watched that. Well.. time to watch this one, rewatch the first video and then rewatch this one again.
The best advice I was ever given was play Marcoh, bare handed. Use the rev ups to boost his broken bare handed strength. Also rev up is: 1 rev up boosts attack, 2 rev ups boost further 3 attacks twice Link up with Abella early to get her pipe wrench ability. Power couple is unstoppable for most of the game even without busted gear.
Didn't expected to see Czech language in a Indei video. The three landmarks on the map, "Panenské Lesy" is Virgins Forests, "Ďáblův ostrov" is Devils Island and "Obětní Jezero" is Sacrificial Lake.
The game follows this strange lore (I'm not very knowledgable) where it's loosely based off of real history but just a tad. Prehavil is basically Prague, under the occupation of the Kaiser (who is also Griffith from Berserk), who is trying to conquer the world for one reason or another. It's a weird one, but I love the actual use of Czech.
@@quint3ssent1a Prague itself has a few dark/creepy stories, it's a VERY old town. Used to be the main city for various alchemists and magicians, so the lore and folk tales comes with it.
I only played through this game once on Marina, but the best tip I can supply is Black Smog is a crazy powerful spell/ability, carrying me through most of the game. You can acquire a Spice Forge by killing Ossa (i think) and you can make it cast twice in a row and it's so busted. I also used spice forge to summon a blood golem at the beginning of every combat, and cast Pheromones on it so that everything attacks the golem instead of Marina. Black Orb is also crazy strong. ALSO there is a pretty big power spike once your character hits 16 agility because it makes it so you can act twice every turn.
Abella is actually one of the best choices in the game, given that she can make the best weapon in the game and possesses the hilariously powerful Wrench Toss. It's a good omen that you picked her, despite the lack of such in the actual game world.
tbh, I would disagree because then you can't recruit her instantly and still get short circuit and wrench toss automatically within the first couple of minutes of game. but at least you cans ave Henrick as well too, not that he matters.
Not really a tip, but if you choose O'saa (the Yellow Mage), his intro is very interesting. Basically a text adventure game before the actual game. And something can happen that to me, is genuinely the funniest bit in either of the F&H games. Also, fun fact about the Irrational Obelisk: it's inspired by Miro's irrational fear of buttoned shirts. The enemy has 999,999 hp, will drop nothing, and even if you beat it, it will still be there and you can fight it again.
Really excited for the next big update (been waiting over a year now), wasn't sure i could stomach anymore after my first masochist mode completion with Abella - Abella, Marco, and Daan are very strong
Abella is great, especially for Maso mode which is insane. (Early meatgrinder via guns and beartraps for Gull bros and death masks). Macro is also good as you can grab the leech ring from the malls top floor and then buy the hardened heart from the shop keeper. This is functionally immortally for *almost* every situation especially as Marco. Also yes, Needles is basically Art the clown. Glass him in the face.
I enjoyed this shocktober's year content! It was a pretty warm welcome after job. About the tips, i'm sorry i cannot help with that. Fear and hunger bothers me (in a good way) so much, that i kinda don't feel like playing it, at least, not in the moment. Will be waiting for part 2 though, as well for the future content. Can't wait to see more of it!
Tip: did you know about holding Shift when doing a coin flip with a lucky coin (rare item you get randomly) to get a secondary coin to up your chance at winning the coinflip, I remember from the first game not explaining it
just a tiny little tip, consumables are super great and powerful in this game, but they’re obviously consumables, so you get a limited and random amount. books are also extremely powerful and important! guess what, another powerful and useful thing… guns!! but of course the ammo is randomly found and pretty rare. there is a way to stop bobbys from getting up i hope to see you finish this game and get all the endings, love this game
Guns are really good, but it takes quite a bit of trial and error to understand which do what, and the effect changes depending on the enemy. I was really struggling in the orphanage until I realized I could just pull out a Glock, and then it became a cake walk for every following run except with O'saa.
Love the shocktober selection this year! Couldn't get Merch this time again but still love the simple white hoodie from a couple Shocktobers ago. Can't wait for the part 2, Indeimaus!
Indeimaus! You’re one of my favorite UA-camrs. Thank you for your amazing content and the laughs. I really appreciate you and the effort you put into your work. Happy Halloween and I hope you have had a fantastic year. Can’t wait for next year’s Spooktober.
Guns can be incredibly helpful early, rifles can shoot of limbs before battles, pistol too if you play as levi with a certain trait. Sylvain can be used for healing, but there are some statuses it can't cure.... However, needles is a true doctor, and will completely cure you of any addictions or diseases the first time you lose to him. (he will also kill your entire party.) Wrench toss is a 100% stun on the limb you hit it with. The spices will add one of three effects to your magic, having it start combat, having it double cast, or lowering its sanity requirement. there is a special secret if you mold enough statues in Rher's alternate realms and very helpful to know, you can get three party members on day one, Levi, Abella, and Marina, if you are not playing one of them and can keep finding them.
Most important tip I can recommend is getting a characters agility up to 16 as it allows that character to attack twice in a single turn. Easiest way to do this is to choose Marcoh as the main character, choose to work on your foot work in boxing as it'll increase your agility stat by 1. Then go see Marina on the first night at the Mayor's House. Make sure you have a Skin Bible of the God of Fear and Hunger when you do. The moment she joins your party(the moment you leave the house, she leaves the team) go to her skills and choose "Engrave". This allows a character to receive a permanent buff depending on the god you engrave. Using "Engrave" with the God of Fear and Hunger will give that character a +5 points in agility. As Marcoh, now with an Agility of 16, will be able to punch 4 times in a single turn. The Leechmonger ring, which can be found in the Department store(the store where you can hear screaming at the very top floor(fourth floor))makes you very OP with 4 consecutive attacks in a single turn.
Omg i just got addicted to Fear and hunger and finished the first one. currently playing the second one and it's a thrill and more fun than the first one
I've been waiting for this one ever since the first Funger video came out. I tried playing it myself but couldn't handle the difficulty, so I'm glad to get to see a braver man than I run through it ^.^
Yo Indei! I played Funger2 recently, and I can confirm at 22:40 Needles does make that unsettling sound when attacked. Idk if it matters on the character, I was playing as Daan, and the relationship with Daan and Needles is a rocky one. Most characters in FH:2 refer to Abella as very attractive and somewhat irresistible so take what you will from that... The sound is quite unsettling, but as far as what I can tell, its simply not mentioned on the wiki or by Orange/Miro's descriptions. He is simply... Spooooky.... But first things first, I can't believe you killed the Bee guy either! I named him Thomas. My tips: If Indeimaus decides to try other characters, know there are _Multiple ways_ into central Prehevil. You can enter through the Sewer system with the Sewer Keys (Hint: is a "quest reward" from H), though the South-West Deep forest if you have a certain... skin bible, and the gateway from Old Prehevil. There is several ways to get rid of the padlock. If you're lucky w/ RNG, you can find Boltcutters early, and if you're VERY lucky, you can use a Trenchgun to blast the bloody thing off. Idk, what I can tell you bro, just your best interest is getting into Central Prehevil on day one gives you the best chance of encountering character events; once you do get into main Prehevil, the world of Termina is your oyster! After you enter Central city Prehevil, you can choose which objective/destination you want to try to tackle. You can explore Prehevil, choose to pursue your characters personal objective which could lead to interesting RNG _personalized_ scenarios, (roleplay a lil'). Or you could beeline towards the Tower (Challenging!) though the Church( also can be tackled from multiple directions) which wouldn't be a bad idea, you WILL need to get to the Tower physically and eventually if you want a noteworthy fate... Lastly, you could try and return to the Train and see if any of the characters have any QUESTlines or leads more accurately you can try and do for them; that will in-turn allow you to recruit characters, depending whos still standing... or sitting. Speaking of the Train, once you do recruit some party members, they can be dropped of in safe places like the Train for example, and later on the PRHVL Bop (which is _Boppin'_ ). Apologies, I did say it had little to say... but I love this game! One more golden tip, one I use constantly, and something I don't think most players know about. In Central Prehevil, this spot helps especially during early game: if you really want a safe place to save in a bed and have a breather have a Perfect (was that the right one?) Circle to draw your preferred Old God circle early on; _Use the Prehevil Bookstore's 2nd floor freely! You will need 1 door key to gain access to the bed and bookcases (and lootchest you can abuse with save scumming!) but other then the one doorkey, you have access you to a once very useful safehouse in the middle of Prehevil that's top floor won't be disturbed by angry Gangboss MFers (FK u Caligura) or horny stalker girl creeps, and the one Bobby that wanders the bottom floor can easily be confused and abused by simply stating in battle, "But we ARE inside!" in which you can then kill the confused fellow, or take the opening to escape since he is stunlocked by Logic! Love your content for years dude!
31:24 you joke about the Abs, but you were actually very very very close to figuring out something very helpful. Rewatch that part again and look at him very closely. You should notice something interesting. Also, Spice forge looks complicated, but it's not that difficult to understand. You have 3 different spices and each does something different to your spells. One makes you start the combat with a spell for free. For example, you enter the fight, and you cast Black smog right from the get-go. (You still pay the mind cost) Another makes your spells cheaper and just as effective, which is very good on high cost but effective spells. The last one amps up your spell to a great extent like instead of 1 black orb you cast double black orb but for an increased cost.
I love Termina! The original is great, but they really improved the formula for the sequel. The lore carries over and expands, each character is completely different, there's so many skills and ways to play, and there's a bunch of different endings for each character. Ugh! So good!
34:02 That is 500% Gary the Snail from Spongeob Squarepants where Spongebob goes into Gary's dream and he's a scholar. Don't question it, just incorporate it into your worldview
The best advice i can provide, while not being an expert of course... Is that you take it slow, don't rush for places as it may lead you into a scary encounter you may not be ready for. Some enemies DO have hints during the fights that can provide the Upper hand, so keep an eye out for that. Knowledge if power of course, do remember that while some books may just be for lore and such, some can provide useful hints in how to tackle different scenarios (Like using the skin bibles to acquire the sigils !). - Talk is a very useful skill that can get you out of a doozy, don't be afraid to experiment with that. - Some Characters will move around places depending on the time of day, places you visit and such. - If you block during certain moves that the enemies might use, blocking skips the Coin flip so that can be very useful. As per usual this is just from personal experience but keep at it, learn, explore and enjoy every moment of Termina, you'll eventually get stronger. I believe in you Indie, also big thanks for making a video for one of my favorite games from recent Year, stay frosty my G and don't give up Skeleton. PS. Spice forge allows you to amplify the spells, use one at the start of the encounter and use it twice.
If you start as anyone, and get Abella by going to the bunker, you can keep Tanaka alive for a side bit, if you enter the bunker, and leave immediately. Once you've entered the city and heard Needles cold laugh, it's ok to go back to the bunker.
Important Tip: Abella canonically has the fattest ass in the game. The second fattest being the blood golems.
I thought wheelchair girl has the fattest ass from sitting in her wheelchair 24/7

18:55 Brother may I have some oats?
Tip:
did you know about holding Shift when doing a coin flip with a lucky coin (rare item you get randomly) to get a secondary coin to up your chance at winning the coinflip, I remember from the first game not explaining it
Hey Mr. maus, I look forward every year to shocktober and can’t wait till the next one, thanks for all the videos you make
I kinda want a "Hell yeah! I'm the Bee Man!" shirt. with that face 26:45
Thanks for the video Indeimausz!
just a tiny little tip, consumables are super great and powerful in this game, but they’re obviously consumables, so you get a limited and random amount.
books are also extremely powerful and important!
guess what, another powerful and useful thing… guns!! but of course the ammo is randomly found and pretty rare.
there is a way to stop bobbys from getting up
i hope to see you finish this game and get all the endings, love this game
Guns are really good, but it takes quite a bit of trial and error to understand which do what, and the effect changes depending on the enemy. I was really struggling in the orphanage until I realized I could just pull out a Glock, and then it became a cake walk for every following run except with O'saa.
Love the shocktober selection this year!
Couldn't get Merch this time again but still love the simple white hoodie from a couple Shocktobers ago.
Can't wait for the part 2, Indeimaus!
Great video, Indeimausz!
Already liked the video at the intro. Your theatrical work is phenomenal! Keep being awesome!
Thanks for another great Shocktober. I look forward to it every year.
Indeimaus! You’re one of my favorite UA-camrs. Thank you for your amazing content and the laughs. I really appreciate you and the effort you put into your work. Happy Halloween and I hope you have had a fantastic year. Can’t wait for next year’s Spooktober.
Great month as always dude! Looking forward to november.
I love termina, even more than the first game. Can’t wait for the future update
(he will also kill your entire party.)
Wrench toss is a 100% stun on the limb you hit it with.
The spices will add one of three effects to your magic, having it start combat, having it double cast, or lowering its sanity requirement.
there is a special secret if you mold enough statues in Rher's alternate realms
and very helpful to know, you can get three party members on day one, Levi, Abella, and Marina, if you are not playing one of them and can keep finding them.
Thanks maus for yet snother great shocktober. Appreciate your hard work.
22mins in I thought you made that sound... Glad it didn't only upset me lol
What a great video, I'm so excited for part 2. Take your time with it though, I'm sure most people will be patient
Enjoyed you playing the first one before mate and see you play the second one is jus a massive treat~
Congrats on another successful Shocktober! Great work as always, Maus!
Awesome video, nothing like an Indiemaus video to pull me back into the .... .. world of fear and hunger
Thank you for the upload can't wait for the next video
Awesome suite of videos this year. Much appreciated.
“I won’t keep you waiting” (3 minutes later) “without further ado, here’s fear and hunger”
Long have we waited. Great vid!
Was waiting for this since last year, and 2 parts ? Hell yeah
I can’t wait to see vid 2
Good shoktober, as always. My favorite time of year
One of my favorite content creators, Indeimausz!
With the z at the end of the names it's a metal slug character, abellaz! Marcohz!
I watched every video this year, but it felt like October went by way too fast. Love Maus's Shocktober.
Been waiting for this one. Great video 🔥
Omg i just got addicted to Fear and hunger and finished the first one.
currently playing the second one and it's a thrill and more fun than the first one
Im sorry, did that homeless mans """"""" STINGER """"""" do a full Alien on you?! 11/10
I've been waiting for this one ever since the first Funger video came out. I tried playing it myself but couldn't handle the difficulty, so I'm glad to get to see a braver man than I run through it ^.^
I absolutely love this series cant wait for the 3rd one in like 4 years 😂
7:35 that line is so true. Like a lot of our fav stop and never came back.
Hell yes! Perfect Halloween vid
Good pick. Good Shocktober. Well done all around.
thanks for the amazing month, Maus
Until next year!!!
Finally, been waiting for this
Omg excellent choice for a grand finale! I'm so happy!
26:55 good god it’s your bioshock play through
I love Termina! The original is great, but they really improved the formula for the sequel. The lore carries over and expands, each character is completely different, there's so many skills and ways to play, and there's a bunch of different endings for each character. Ugh! So good!
i don't know much about termina but all i wanna say is thanks maus for shocktober i will be sure too pick up some merch (:
Another great vid from Indeimausz
It's now November 1st. Time to binge all shocktober the way it use to be
I'M LOCKED IN, and you can't stop me.
Been waiting for this for literally a year
I'm so glad you've played Funger! Hope you give Nine Sols a chance someday!
Thank you for a killer shocktober! A two part on Termina is a nice cherry on top. Cant wait for 2025!
34:02 That is 500% Gary the Snail from Spongeob Squarepants where Spongebob goes into Gary's dream and he's a scholar.
Don't question it, just incorporate it into your worldview
the meat grinder and the spice forge. thats all you need my child
Oh Lard I've been waiting for you to Cover this. Termina is upon us.
Funger 2 tip: The shopping mall has a REALLY important trinket that is a must have for any non-spell character.
What a banger of a video, clicked faster than my brain could comprehend. Thank you indie.
Cheers to another year of Shocktober!
If you start as anyone, and get Abella by going to the bunker, you can keep Tanaka alive for a side bit, if you enter the bunker, and leave immediately. Once you've entered the city and heard Needles cold laugh, it's ok to go back to the bunker.
