Nice work, Helpful hints. I'm working on doors on side boxes underneath a Lance camper. I put the hinge on the bottom to give myself a table surface to work on. My doors are flush mount to the box surface so the water/ dust seal is across the top and sides. Still trying to figure out the seals.

hey mate did you think about adding handles ( ie. length of pipie ) to bender to give you more leverage when bending
also anchor bench to ground so it won't lift
Yes.
But the main problem is the strength of the dies. The bender is too long for the job.
Will consider making hydraulic presses later.
