Thank you Dr! I have been binging several of your videos lately after being told I have PAC’s and not having a clear understanding of what that meant. I’ve been through holter and Zio monitors, stress test and echo and all were really good. I’m 31 and have chest pains frequently but none of the heaviness or tightness you described, which makes me feel much better. Thank you again!

Thank you, Dr Gupta, for sharing all these videos over the years. Especially the ones regarding palpitations. They've absolutely helped me to accept that my palpitations are likely no cause for concern - DAMN ANXIETY. Haha. I'll always see my own doctor/cardiologist if I'm having issues, but your videos provide a lot context to what's really going on, and I appreciate it. :D

Thank you for your videos, I find them very informative. The other day while doing some research on arthritis , I came across an article on Fibrin and the the effects it may have on arthritic pain. Further on it also said that if high levels are maintained for long periods it could lead to heart problems and other issues. Can you do a video on it, thank you

Thank you for sharing your videos. My partner has unstable angina he was having significant chest pain even at rest he describes it as someone sitting on his chest. His BP shot up. He was taken in by ambulance. Ecg showed no acute changes troponin was 3. Angiogram showed that the LAD was 70% blocked. He was sent home on extra meds. Now because of covid he cant have his ffr test and stent done. Even on these new meds he hasnt improved. He is in constant discomfort and cant do very much at all. I never know whether to call the ambulance or not. He would score quite high for the pain, family history father and two uncles died suddenly under60 of heart attack comorbidities (Insulin dependent diabetic two previous heart attacks and a minor stroke he is 62).

Hey Dr so I’ve had chest pain for years and honestly my pain feels like pressure and discomfort and I’ve been to the hospital for the troponin levels and they came out as 3 I don’t know if that’s the normal range but the value was 3 while I was having this chest discomfort by the way and I’ve also had an ekg while also having this chest tightness and then again they said it was normal so I’m just curious why I’ve been having these problems. It’s been with me for years and little by little it’s been crippling me more and more and I can’t really take it on anymore my echo and holter monitor were fine as well yet I still have this pressure in my chest that brings me down as in it brings dow my mood and my posture. This has been going on for years now and recently it’s gotten worse before it was a popping of my sternum then some tightness and that would be it, but now it’s just the center of my chest constantly tight I don’t know what to do anymore this kind of thing just makes you lose hope I’m yourself. I just wanted some clarification from you is all about what else could it be because I also do tend to get palpitations as well maybe it’s due to my anxiety I’m not sure

You are not alone; I have experienced chest pain for the past 12 years and i frequently found my self in Emergency room. My cardiologist performed a variety of testes, all of whic came back normal. It is very debilitating. They said it might be costochondritis, and there are so many helpful exercises on UA-cam that will help refuce the discomforts of costochondritis

Hello Dr Sanjay - Thank you for this Video...
Can I tell you a fun story...
I had need of an ECG whilst in Australia...
All was well but the nurse forgot to turn off the machine... so it read as a straight line (as in 'dead')
I said to the nurse... I'll stay here with all the attachments and you go outside to your Superiors and say 'What Does this Mean?'
    Being the straight line??? lol
She wouldnt do it and I understand she might have lost her job
    But
What fun would that have been - everyone thinking I was dead... lol
    Love You x
