@2341 5h4m3 Magnesium is one of the 3 most important electrolytes in the human body (along with sodium and potassium) that most people are horribly deficient in. Being low in electrolytes causes stress to the body along with an inability for the muscles to properly relax.

Holly Squires, last dinner be around 6 or 7pm, then never eat breakfast as it literally breaks-fasting, first meal is late lunch at around 1 or 2pm then dinner again same time 6 or 7pm. That’s it! So basically the idea is to let your body rest from food for more than 12 hours then the body starts breaking down fats for food. First few days will be harder then you’ll get used to it sooner.

Thank you so very much for making these videos, you have given me so much more information than my own cardiologist has. I have enjoyed watching several of your videos now and your clear and helpful explanations, and your sensible holistic approach. You are correct the underlying issues need to be addressed but no doctors have mentioned this to me. So I did my own research because I did not want to be on medications forever and I recognised that my issues were a sign not a disease. My body is healing as I have now switched to a plant based diet and this has made a tremendous difference to my overall health and heart issues in a very short amount of time. Thanks again I really appreciate this information God Bless you greatly Sanjay Gupta

Thanks , Sir. very well said. I am 73 and doing yoga , meditation , Wim Hof method , fasting ecc.ecc. I go to see a doctor ones a year , to check if he is still alive ( being sarcastic ) . God gave us this body to take care of it. To many people are abusing it and therefore the sicknesses . To many people falsely believe the doctors are going to ,,fix ,,them. Self discipline, understanding the cause of the sickness and lifestyle is the key. Pleasure is number 1 in peoples life and we see what happens ,when concentrated only on pleasure. ( pleasure of sex , food , gambling ecc.ecc. ) Balance is the key.

Oh my goodness I believe this might be your best video....you almost had me in tears when you were telling us not to let the Dr. just give us meds and send us on our way....I could see you meant this for us ....I love it....you seem like you have a good soul and in this profession to help people and not just for the money.....we don't have Dr.'s like you here....or lets say, I don't thinkI have met many that I really like but the one I now have.....he seems to be kind like you....I asked him a question about caffeine, I only drink one cup a day, but my down fall is DARK CHOCOLATE....and I love it and keep it in my fridge....still have some in there from Christmas....so now I only eat a piece or two occasionally.....I do not have it every day., he said ok to have a piece like once a week or so....not every day .. so after our talk, he said hold on a second....he went into another room and came out with 2 pcs of dark chocolate Hershey for my Daughter and me? I thought what a nice thing to do.....made my day.....LOL......but I still probably eat my share of sweets and I know it is bad for inflammation and I'm trying to watch it....instead of eating 2 donuts I eat one , have gone to Monk Sweetener and rarely use white sugar since I heard about Monk....what advice would you be giving me on these too things? I don't need to lose weight , not a diabetic , I almost feel like I could diagnose my own self lol....I don't exercise , hate it....don't like yoga....don't like going to the gym....now more than ever .....since "Corona? was sent to us.....if you get my drift ...LOL sorry for the rant again.....:) YES very helpful....and GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR FAMILY.

Thank you so much for the information! Years ago I had a cardiologist save me from a bad situation in the ER. I kept going to the ER because I could not breathe! They wanted to cut me open to find out why I could not breathe. He overheard them from the other room. After they left he pushed the curtain over a bit and told me not to let them cut me open because it was a very painful procedure! He told me I was having allergies! He even gave me some tablets for allergies until I could figure things out. He gave me his card and I went to see him the next day. My story is very long so I will stop there. But I researched my problem and he was right!

I always learn something from your videos. Was very interesting to hear a bit about small vessel disease secondary to htn leading to some of the major complications of high blood pressure. Learning about the connections between the condition and the complications makes it much easier to grasp the importance of controlling a condition.

Oh, if every GP or specialist could take 15 minutes and explain exactly what high blood pressure is, what a day that would be. I'm from Australia. I haven't experienced the health system in UK but I have a feeling we're a bit better off in Australia. Even here though, I'm sure a GP is not going to take 15 minutes to explain it all. Faster to just prescribe a pill. After suffering angina and having a stent inserted I then attended a heart rehab clinic. Wouldn't it be better to attend a heart health clinic BEFORE the event? Thank you for your good work.
