- Can Shredda do 500 push ups and 500 squats in 30 minutes or less? The challenge is to be done with diamond push ups and knuckle push ups with no gloves on the concrete with regular squats and sumo squats.He breaks it down and does 25 push ups and 25 squats for 20 sets.

Simple, strong and highly effective. You can't beat this kind of workout. Big basics
For most of us this is not basics lol. His rest time is minimal, that fatigue start setting in for most of us. But you can tell he trains for endurance and mental focus.
I can do 500/500 in about 40 mins, but 50 sets of 10 reps.

I did a leg workout from Shredda yesterday which consist of 1min squat hold+ 100pulse squats as many sets as you can. My quads are still twitching🤣

Very impressive!, no criticism here, i am just curious. On your pushups you dont fully lockout at the top, is that for more time under tension on the muscle or another reason?
It puts constant tension on the muscles. When fully extended that tension goes towards the elbow joints intead.

@that's good money. Is there a reason why this sets always have 25 and not like 50 or a 100.. Is there a reason for that.. For an example is it more volume that's why you do 25 Is in a set
