    Then 8 rounds of 10 pushups, 10 squats to make 500 of each

    Not one of those weighted pull-ups at around 10:55 counted!!! Increase dynamic tension by having whole body locked & tense legs slightly forwards in front of you otherwise u r leaking energy into space! The exercise is to focus on your upper body not a neck stretch!!! When u have to stretch your neck or kip or swing then your DONE! Stop & rest, or if as in your case u cannot do 1 rep PLEASE reduce the weight.
    I know the guy will probably never watch this: but this advice is for the new Wolfpack members (cubs) :) :::)) we do not want them led astray.

      yea...im dead curious at what was goin on in the background, Art looked a lot to the side...clock? or noticing people looking/judging? lol oh well...many people everywhere do it without realizing most of the times, in this case, he should focus on getting better form on those pull-ups, that chin push through isn't doing any favours in the long term

    At 45 years old, this is no joke!
    Was hard as you know what.
    Last 80 I did sets of 20.
    Not to be hard, but to be done😅

    In comparison to most of your other vids this is a very crowdy place ;-) Thumbs up always and ever for every single video. Btw: thank to you i´m the burpee master in our unit. Reached my goal (500burpees) in 1h20m yesterday.

    Wow... I did it..yes modification at some point with push ups like HRPU's, on the knees... Very last 2 rounds; the 7th & 8th round of 10 & 10, last 2 push ups were on the knees HR, then the 8th round of squats.. Last 2, my legs so didn't wanna go down & froze halfway & I finally got down there & came up; tried one more for extra credit & nope LOL. I'm a wolf, I don't quit 💯💪🐺💥👊. Love ya man #respectandlove #bloodsweatandtears~~ P. S. Love the buuurrrrp 😂

      You can make this a conditioning workout if you do the pushups and squats back to back. Add jumping jacks after each set too.
      There will be a lot of calories burned just keep your heart rate up.

    I found the last 500 routine eiser. Missed a round or two lost count. Did prison squats & gorilla squats periodically.

    Dont forget that you have to train pulling muscles aswell not only pushing muscle other wise u will be increadibly unbalanced
