he speaks the truth. Do however many pushups, situps, pullups, w/e exercise you are doing. Max out the first set and take the 45 secs break or however long you think your body needs. Repeat until you can't move. Trust, it's gotten me shredded and stronger than i ever was.

@@gharris5756 You can do pushups every day. Pull-ups, on the other hand, I try for 4 times a week. I can't manage to do pull up every day since I have back problems. What i can say is for whatever exercise you are doing you have to exhaust yourself in order to get stronger and do more reps later.

@@droggy23 morning run 3 miles. After I get off work I do total of 75 reps of pull ups, 100 reps push-ups, 100 reps dips and end it on variation of sit ups exercises. I dont have an exact workout plan because some days I switch it up with push ups variation like wide, diamond, spider push ups, etc. Pull-ups or chin ups, and abs you mainly consist of planks, side raises, leg raises etc

If you can’t do 20 each time start with 10. Once you master that move to 15. It’s about consistency and repetition

Massive respect to you both for this! I couldn't do the 20 reps in the end like you but what i did was stay in position and bust out half reps pulsing and then i did an extra 5 sets to make up for the lost reps i didn't;t do with you.

gym is good but this but this just shows that you don't need it, broly is showing is that 10 minutes is all you need, people go to the gym hitting their chest for an hour and a half you can just take 10 minutes out of your day and hit 3 muscles at a time, simple as it gets.

You need to rest every other day especially if your new to this. Your muscles will need the rest, also you prevent any growth or gains by doing 200 pushups 30 days straight.

I do 60 reps diamond-push-ups and I do rest 1 minutes 😴 😅 started this from 18'th July! My hands were soft like a month ago but now it's getting tougher, i got a little triceps. And I was actually searching for the diamond-push-up challenges and so I saw this video!
True story. My morning workout until maybe 2 months ago id wake up..500 push ups..100 situps..100 free weight squats. 100 out n ups on the resistant band..took me on average 2 1/2 hours to do..wat breakfast/shower. Start my day. Evening go to gym 2 hour workout. Come home eat, play spades, watch roseanne, study something. Sleep. Wakeup n repeat..rest Wednesday and Sunday. Half it on saturday

@@VincentMesritz that's good money. So are you sticking to a specific number per set or are you maxing out with however many reps you can reach per set?
I was at a point where I could do 25-28 reps in my 1st set of pull-ups, and 50-60 on push-ups. Now the following sets the reps would dwindle to maybe 16-20 pull-ups and 30-40 push-ups, and so forth until I'd reach 100.
My best time ever was a little over 9 minutes and I was spent...you keep at it you'll easily beat my time.

Did 300 air squats 200 pushups 100 chinups a day for 30 days..too much to be honest but made lifting weights easier when I changed routine.Tried 100 pushups and 50 pullups in 5 minutes yesterday.Proud to say I was humbled 60 and 30 then timer buzzes.150 reps in 300 seconds is a fun goal for 57yr old.Broly you inspire especially those who might complain about no gym no gear...stfu.Drop and give me 20.Now 9 more sets pu$$!%$!!

Bruh I've been doing push ups all day before discovering youe video. I like the countdown. I'm not on your fitness level, so I've just been modifying the workout. I can do 20 diamonds off the rip, then maybe 15-20 again with 2-5min rest, after that I've just been banging out 10 regular push ups... slow gain, sure gain.. keep up the good work
Challenge yoursef. I do 3 x 20 with 30 seconds between each set. That is a couple of hours after I'vr maxed out at 60 regular pushups.
