      @Porrada Everyday We have to take into consideration the bodyweight, if there is any supplementation involved and also most of them don't show what they do behind the scenes, they just show you the final product.
      reps and sets will vary from person to person, depends on the goals and what the individual wants ro achieve.
      The lighter the bodyweight the faster the person will achieve the goal and vs versa. Most of those athletes are light weight and skinny, but because the bodyfat ks so low seems like the are big.#HardTrainingEasyGaining

    • @Kuzin329
      @Kuzin329 4 роки тому

      @Porrada Everyday i hear you.
      Every human body works different, so we all need to find what works for us. because what works for me might not work for you vs.
      But I'm with you when it comes to build muscle. calisthenics all the way. in 1 exercise we can work lots of muscles.

    • @glutametergicneuron5448
      @glutametergicneuron5448 4 роки тому

      i do 250 every other day, and my record is 11min 28sec (need to give my muscles some rest).
      i split it into 5 x 40 and then 2 x 25 with 1-1:30 break between each set.
      hoping to increase the 2 x 25 to 4 x 25 so i can start doing 300.

    • @dominicblair5029
      @dominicblair5029 3 роки тому

      If you take a deep look within yourself you'll realize you're far more than this "human" you identify as lol. We have abilities most people can't even begin to imagine, like the ability to move objects without physically touching them using our energy alone for example. You're a spiritual being having a temporary human experience never forget that.

    Majority of these push-ups are bad form. Body not staying nice and flat and primarily only the upper body is going down, and not down enough for the full rep. You are definitely getting a good workout in for the push to make shorter reps; but those are not quality push-ups. 500 in 25 minutes of any kind is exceptional on the stress of muscles used for the good and bad reps. You are likely stronger than myself; but I was hoping to see quality push-ups. Still impressive though. Good job.
