Yes this is her focus face and emotions are in her fingers! Tina is back, she updated her social network profiles a few weeks ago and she is now part of a band. We are awaiting an upload or a concert date from them!
Tina was taught classical guitar,by her musical teacher, and then rock and blues ,only 14 years old, her version of thel loaner ,is awesome, even though everyone thinks Gary Moore did the original, his version was also a cover, still all awesome music🎶🎶🎶👍🏴
Nothing is sure. What we see recently has nothing to do with Tina. She is the victim of an identity theft by haters who have never left her calm for 8 years!
I showed this to my daughter and told her, that I had tried to learn it on the piano when I was young. The way she looked at me left no room for excuses, so I started practicing two hours every day. It took nearly half a year, but her smile was worth it. That's three years ago and I'm still playing and practicing every day. Thanks Tina S !!
She is back in a band called Spin Twice. And yes, she was of the grid for her study in law and got her degree for it. Her playing was insane. She did also did a cover of Trough the fire and flames. Herman li from DragonForce did react on this and was blown away. She is French.

She just makes it look so easy .. effortless .. I love it .. she doesn't need to look like she is putting in effort .. I hope she doesn't change, I love the way she plays.
WooHoo! Thanks for sharing Tina S!! Fun to revisit after all these years with you and Ash. As for the wankers that prattle on about “emotion less playing” ? piss off and f’kn lighten up - I’ve listened many times without watching and can *HEAR* her love of the music come through with the way she puts her own style, energy, and expression into the performance. Rock on y’all🤘🏼🎧🤟🏼 oh yeah, if Ash hasn’t seen Polyphia & Steve Vai, that might be fun.
Info about Ludwig van Beethoven. Baptised December 17. 1770 and died March 26. 1827 in Vienna Austria at the age of 56. He was a German composer and pianist. At age 21, he moved to Vienna, which subsequently became his base, and studied composition with Franz Joseph Haydn (Austrian composer). Beethoven then gained a reputation as a virtuoso pianist. Beethoven's first major orchestral work, the First Symphony, premiered in 1800, and his first set of string quartets was published in 1801. Despite his advancing deafness during this period, he continued to conduct, premiering his Third and Fifth Symphonies in 1804 and 1808, respectively. Beethoven's last piano concerto (No. 5, Op. 73, known as the Emperor), dedicated to his frequent patron Archduke Rudolf of Austria, premiered in 1811, without Beethoven as soloist. He was almost completely deaf by 1815, and he then gave up performing and appearing in public.
6 years ago Tina took a sabbatical from the spotlight. Disappeared completely......but rumors have it that she has formed a band. She posted 2 new pictures on her Facebook channel.
Tina S appears to have just posted a new video, and it looks like she has radically changed, tats galore, and playing for or in a hard rock band. Great song, and she is killing it as usual!
Tina is SO good! Shows how metal and classical complement each other! Also see her cover of Dragonforce "Through the Fire and Flames" - 1 girl playing BOTH solos!!!!! Then have a look at Sina - a German drummer with just as much talent. They should work together! I think Beethoven would approve as he would LOVE to feel the concert hall shake and shiver! And Tchaikovsky - I mean, he used cannons in the 1812 Overture!
Ah the look of pure amazement on a person's face when they watch Tina perform. Now shes gotta watch Tina play Through the Fire and the flames by Dragonforce. Tina is an absolute joy to watch and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Its a shame comments and attitudes made her want to leave youtube. If she kept playing and honing her gift, can only imagine what her level of skill is.
Tina has resurfaced after all these years. She is still playing guitar and has teased music with a band called Spin Twice. All she said was soon and a very short teaser video.
A professional British guitarist, who also reacted to this, said that it took him two weeks to master the first 12 seconds of this sonata, but he wasn't practicing 24/7. Tina left UA-cam in 2016 & this was her last video back them. Already by that year, she had been voted the best guitarist on UA-cam for three years in a row. During her break she studied at a prestigious French engineering school. This year she came back & has released two new UA-cam videos of songs by her own band "Spin Twice".
On 31 August 2023, after a hiatus of 7 years a new video was uploaded in the UA-cam channel of Tina Šetkić, where she plays guitar in a band called Spin Twice.
The SPIN TWICE band NO LONGER EXISTS !! Singer Thomas has reformed his old band CHASING DAISY, without Tina, and has just released a new song, CHEWBACCA !!
I’m one of their who has been waiting patiently for her return. With a fresh new degree and hopefully a fresh outlook!! She had some simps pick fun at her, but actual play and pros know that she is a genius. Her timing, accuracy, etc is perfect. Absolutely flawless.
Good reaction. Tina S is also one of the "early youtubers" that is still chiseled into my memory. Looking forward to the reaction of her Dragonforce version.
Yes, she certainly slayed it...and the insanity of never missing a note...not just the speed... but I can't help but think of Junna the Drummer who does an insane cover of the a Dragon Force cut, The Fire and Flames it is just as insane... and Tina makes me think of her... You'll dig it~
Afew things of note that are absolutely amazing: A) I don't know if she wrote this arrangement, but it is AMAZING! If she did write it, she is a musical genius as in the realm of Mozart, Beethoven, John Williams, Andrew Zimmer, and others. AT AGE 15! B) I don't know of any concert pianists that can play the entirety of Moonlight Sonata without sheet music. I mean maybe she was using a teleprompter. But, with the various directions her head turned as she concentrated, she would've needed 10 different monitors. And C) I think Mozart would've been intrigued. Guitars had been invented in Mozart's time but were viewed as simple instruments that could only play simple tunes. This finger work would have fascinated him and who knows what he would've produced after witnessing this.
I believe Tina has been practicing for months for this, and it must have been recorded countless times. It's hard to know when you've achieved perfection. It's not just about talent; it's about repeating, refining, and doing it over and over again with immense dedication. It's clear that it's not just about natural ability-I'm sure she wishes it were that easy.
By The Way Tina S is Back I'm looking forward to seeing what she has new from her covers and from her new Band . She tapping the cords when playing made famous from the late a great Eddie Van Halen & Dime Bag Darrell. The lady in the video was completely correct about the concentration Tina S was showing.
I seriously think she could have played that wearing a blindfold! There's a UA-cam video of her, maybe a year or two older playing a stunning version of Gary Moore's 'The Loner', which is well worth a watch!
My gods! Did she exit her mother’s womb holding a guitar or did the Dr. hand it to her after the slap? She is one with that thing, she must have been playing her whole life…
That's not lack of emotion. It's what's been called "guinea pig reaction": oh no he's there, has he seen me, is he gonna pick me up? No don't let him notice me. I'm gonna get through this. Hallelujah!

Whatever it was I'm stoked to hear she is going to be playing for us all again soon. Good reaction and attention to the details, understanding of her skills ... well done!
Just came across your channel, lovely video! I definitely want to see more of you and Ash. Delightful to see your interaction in particular. Regarding Tina Setkic, I think the most impressive video she has up is the version of "For the love of god" by Steve Vai. "Altitudes", originally by Jason Becker, and "Arpeggios from hell" by Yngwie Malmsteen are also great choices. I'm not a huge fan of "Through the fire and flames". It goes fast, sure, but it's not very musically interesting to my ears. EDIT: I hate comparing female guitarists to each other, because obviously it's irrelevant. But this video did trigger a thought about another guitarist you should check out: Joanne Shaw Taylor, the wonderful musician from the Birmingham area, but residing in the US for the past 10 years or so. Check out her song "Watch 'em burn", specifically the version live at the Oran-Mor in Glasgow. It's amazing.

I always enjoy your reactions. Not sure if you have yet, but I think some "In this Moment" is in order. Fantastic female front woman. They recently did a new song called "Purge" but would recommend either "Whore", "The Fighter", "Burn", "Sick like me", or "In Between" as a starting off point. Look forward to more, keep up the good work.
An English couple reacting a French girl, playing a guitar adaptation written by an Italian guitarist (Dr Viossy) of a German classic sonata....that sounds really European...😂

I subbed recently because of your Ren reactions. I've been obsessed with Ren since I saw Hi Ren in January and haven't consumed any music or content other than Ren and reactions to his art and some Bill Burr. This though, is right up my alley. Before January when Ren changed my life, this is the kind of stuff I'd been hooked on for probably 15 years. This chick is phenomenal. Check out her cover of For Tbe Love Of God by Steve Vai. Amazing. I'm sorry but I forgot the lovely lady's name but I remember her liking Ren's Losing it a lot and wondering what she would think of this young virtuoso. Glad I tuned in. Keep it up, guys! Peace and love!
Thank you for this reaction! Would love to see you and Ash react to Quadratum (not sure if you did this with Office Blokes) - they're a 4--piece spin-off from Unlucky Morpheus. Quadratum has been referred to as the "Jill Show-Off Band". They have two amazing virtuoso-type Official Videos that are covers of two metal classics. Th first is Dream Theater's "The Dance of Eternity" - ua-cam.com/video/clB3yOKaayE/v-deo.html - where Jill plays Jordan Rudess's keyboards part. I assume you're familiar with it, but there are 108 time signature changes in the piece (they also did a live version - starting with Jill playing Eddie Van Halen's eruption - this is also a high-quality performance. The other is a cover of Steve Vai's "For the Love of God" - ua-cam.com/video/l5AQvPCPjwc/v-deo.html - Jill does Steve's part (there are only three of the four member in this one). But, just an amazing interpretation of a metal god's signature songs - not to mention, high-quality pinch harmonics on the violin. But, just wanted to send a token of my appreciation for what Dave is doing (I used to watch Office Blokes all the time - still subscribed - but miss the music reactions). I should also mention that Ash really adds a LOT to the reactions - you guys really seem to enjoy each other's company, and have a great on-screen rapport. Keep these coming!

Dragonforce would be great. Also Altitudes & For The Love of God. One fun one is 8 Years of Practicing Guitar. Shows her at a very young age young age and thru 17 years old. Great reaction.
To do tapping, she put a hair elastic at the top of the neck to avoid resonances. Everything is calculated and very precise at Tina. She also put a string block nut at the top to prevent her strings from flying away !! She changed her micro setting 7 times during the song. She made 23 slides (wiiiiooooouuu). And she smiled 7 times too !

Thanks Steve! I really appreciate it 😊 I'll make sure to check out both of those suggestions with Ash
💯
Another is Dream Theater- The Best Of Times.
Another fantastic girl Japanese girl JUNNA Through The Fire And Flames / DragonForce - Drum Cover ua-cam.com/video/UKr1H4Jv6is/v-deo.html 【 JUNNA 】Painkiller / Judas Priest - Drum cover ua-cam.com/video/b_nXz4uyQVY/v-deo.html
A lot of classical music is basically metal, but without any electricity to help. . . . . . .
Tina Setkic (Spin Twice)
The SPIN TWICE band NO LONGER EXISTS !! Singer Thomas has reformed his old band CHASING DAISY, without Tina, and has just released a new song, CHEWBACCA !!
If you could do this, would you have any spare brain capacity to waste on "oh yeah, I should smile"?
Roy Buchanan MY SONATA. yw
Hey, you should get her to check out Tina setkic dragon force through the fire and flames 🔥 cover next, awesome 😊
Not a lot of people have reacted to Max Ostro. Upcoming guitar player. ua-cam.com/video/yPPk3jYvDFI/v-deo.html or newer ones like “Joker”
Tina S interview : "Even if on my videos I seem, as many say, to be bored, it's quite the opposite. I am super focused, deeply into the solo!"
Dragonforce would be great. Also Altitudes & For The Love of God. One fun one is 8 Years of Practicing Guitar. Shows her at a very young age young age and thru 17 years old. Great reaction.
Apparently there are two kinds of people in the world, those who love Emma Watson…..and those who hate Emma Watson. 😂
Man O man, No She is Back.
only photos !
....And she's missing not one note of the original....... Look for 3d movement of Moonlight sonata from Beethoven.
The devil went down to Georgia , Tina smoked him so bad all he could do was go back where he came from .
