I’m interested in drinking this. My mom had some sweet myrrh at home but im unsure if I can use to ingest. The package says do not ingest. What do you use it for? And what should I do if I live in cold winter state if I want to make it
Are you a Young Living member? I trust their products 100%. I made the Frankincense Resin water to help boost my immune system, give me energy (I stopped drinking coffee during that time), help my digestion, and detoxification. This will work even if you don't put it out in the sun. Make the Frankincense Resin Water and let it sit for 24 hours. It will get darker as it sits. Drink only a few ounce a day.
You know you didn't drink that water because the package clearly states, the resin is not for internal consumption. People be careful when you watching these videos because they want people to follow them. That frankincense she used is from young living and you can't take that internally. It probably will make you very sick. Beware of false u tubers.
Shud weigh the frankinsence it’s endangered, also the resin can last months. Perhaps advertising frankincense to drink and being wasteful is not such a good thing for the plant.
Hi, thanks for your comment. I would never use Frankincense Resin from a store / outside of Young Living. And I would never share something I didn't try out many time or trust my own health with. Young Livings Frankincense Resin comes from the Boswellia Carerii trees located in North Africa near the Arabian Peninsula. You definitely want to use Frankincense Resin where the actual trees are native. But everyone has their own opinions on how to take care of their health and wellness. 😊

Like I have said before, everyone is entitled to their own opinion when it comes to their health and wellness. We get to choose what products we use for our health. If you have found something that you like, then by all means use the products you are using. This is what I have been doing for my health, and I have seen amazing results. I'm not forcing anyone to do what I do, just sharing my journey because I love what I do. Good luck with everything 😊
That is so cool. Learned something new today. I will be trying that out this weekend.
That's awesome. The health benefits are crazy. It gives you so much energy. Let me know what you think. 😀
Thank you. Nice video.

I do it simply putting the resin in cold filtered water. My water get cloudy white (I suppose different resin, I use Ethiopian boswellia pyrifera)
Thank you for sharing this . Can you make a tea out of it

Yes, it was in Fahrenheit. I'm sorry I didn't mentioned that in the video.
