- Finally got used to how my Mazda RX-8 handles and have enough confidence to fully send it!
For context:
I've owned this RX-8 for about 5 months when this video was recorded. I dabbled with in real life drifting every now and then and had plenty of practice on the racing simulator before I even owned the car. Of course, there are some difference between virtual and reality - but I finally managed to somewhat grasp how the car behaves and was able to send it sideways.
Being able to hold a few drifts, some donuts and a sloppy figure 8 is still progress nevertheless. I will continue to practice and hopefully get even better by the end of the year!
It seems like these Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3 were completely shredded (the rear ones at least).
Welp, guess it's time for new tires? Stay tuned for that!
