I have been doing this workout for almost a month now. My breast size doesn't increase a lot, just 1cm (I'm a small chest), but it did firm my bust! The shape is getting rounder I'll say. I also do a lot of other breast lifting workout every day. The key is be persistent, spending 15min everyday is better than doing nothing at all.
It got firm. That means it works, right? What did you're husband or boyfriend say? If he noticed it too then these exercises must definitely working at something. Did you yse weights?
For anyone who's having a hard time squeezing their chest properly, try to exhale when you do it. It makes a huge difference and soon your body will learn how to do it even without exhaling. Good luck!

I´ve added this to my daily workout routine and these are my results: 06. 01. 2020 : 89 cm (bust area) 19. 01. 2020: 95 cm (bust area) Incredible results. I´ve been doing this daily and it really helped me. I feel better and look better in my eyes. So thank you! (Big difference, not even sure how it´s possible but I´m not complaining :) )

been doing this for a week, i really don't see much improvement on my breast but as for my collarbone, i can see it is more define. I did this exercise 2 times everyday.
Don't forget to give yourself rest days! U stunt ur progress when u dont give your muscles a good break. They need to change n regrow n adjust.. n to do that they need rest. Atleast 1 or 2 days for u if you're doing this 2xs a day.

I have done this BLV1 for 30 days. My boobs did go from 29.9 in to 32 inches . I mean for the past few years I thought that boobs can't grow but after doing Hana Milly workout, now I know it was all my false assumptions. Anyways thank you Hana❤ for inspiring & uploading this on yt for free . I will continue to do other workouts as well
I've been doing this and Sanne's lifting workout which is similar, and two things that helped me were a) Not wearing a bra (as much as possible) so that my chest muscles could get stronger by carrying more weight, and b) not sleeping on my stomach to avoid streching the skin on my chest. I've seen a huge difference, hope this helps someone! The first one was especially difficult because I'm a DD cup, but it was worth it!
I have done this exercise for around 2weeks. I dont really noticed changes on my boobs or my arm fat because im not taking any measurements. But i can say that this exercise will definitely tone up ur arm muscle. Or in the other words, i have biceps now which I really love it because i never have one before. I have done a lot of other arm fat exercise but never get good result like this 1. This is really suitable for beginner because it is very easy peasy for me even for the 1st time. The moment i feel tired/burn of one of those exercise, the next will soothe the tiredness/burn feel. Maybe because of that i dont feel stress to do exercise and make me feel addicted to repeat again and again. Now, im following the 2nd vid which is lot harder than this one that i have to take longer rest time for 1st time of doing that. And i keep changing with both of them depending on my mood. If i feel like to do the easy one, then i will choose this. If i want the challenging one, then i do the 2nd vid. And also ive done the hip dip exercise which have tone up my thigh mucscle as well. Thanks a lot @hana milly, because of u, now ive addicted to do exercise almost everyday. I will keep doing ur exercise + others till i achieve my target. Wish me luck guys..

Hiii upasana and morina mam, 1,2,3 means I follow part 1 part 2 and also follow part 3 , and this exercise also increase the size my boobs size is 32 and when I follow this exercises then become 34 . And also lift the chest.
been doing this for the past week and one of those session my arms didn’t burn (probably because i did an arm exercises a week before this) and by that i felt the burn on my chest i’m quite amazed because i only feel pain on my chest whenever someone accidentally hit me upfront ㅠ such as hugging so suddenly reminder to breathe properly during workouts
I have done this for two days now and I have seen a very subtle, but noticeable difference ! After reading the comments I have some tips: - Go at your own pace, even if it means slowing down! The pace in this video was personally too fast for me so I paused the video and set a timer for one minute on my phone and went at my own pace. Doing this allowed me to really focus on tightening my muscles in this area in order to really work them. (I think this may be the reason why some of you are feeling it in your arms) - Tighten your core while doing this. For me, while tightening my core it helped me focus on working my chest muscles and really isolating them. Personally, I do not really feel a burn while doing this exercise so I am assuming I should repeat it more than once (2 reps a day?) If it would be helpful for anyone to have me come back and update my progress regularly let me know by replying to this comment!

@@shradhathakur2237 Actually it is more firm and lifted thanks to the muscles, which was my goal. I do sports, so I don't like having a heavy chest. But I think it does look a little bigger since it's lifted. You should give it a try either way and see if it works for your goal.
second day in a row for me. currently chest is 33in. Looking to increase to 35/36. Also eating estrogen rich foods. While I feel the burn in my arms a great deal, im happy for it, as this increases my upper body strength. squeezing my chest makes me giggle, but Im optimistic. Will give updates. Going to do a full 30 days.
guys im so shocked with the results ive seen in just two days !!!!!! I did start doing these exercises with the mind set that it was going to work because they did look really effective and guys ive only been doing it for two days and im in shock. They have already lifted and i can see the line under my breast which is mad because i never had a line. I aint a mother so i dont breast feed ive just always had saggy breast from little and now they are looking more perky and lifted within jut TWO DAYS i am definitely going to continue adding this routine to my day to day exercises. Well I have tried this workout so far for 3 weeks now and it really works ! No doubt about I have started at 85 cm chest and today I’m 88cm so +3cm that’s a really good news I’ve done it 3 times a week sometimes 4 times and I’ll keep going may be do it twice each day I’m doing it Well don’t expect your boobs to grow just the muscle behind make them in a better shape especially if your a flat girl like me ... but it seems like I start to get a line between them and because the muscle is activate your chest look so much so much SO MUCH better ! im going to do this as long as i can and i will try to inform you Day 1: I did less than the half of it but my arms are D E A D Day 2: I completed it and it was less hard than yesterday but my arms still hurt a lot Day 3: I started to feel like it's working but idk Day 4: It was too easy today, i got used to it. And it IS working. Day 5: I'm kinda starting to lose motivation because there is no big results, but when i started i knew its gonna take a long time to achieve my dream look, so i will try to continue.. Day 6: I think it stopped working there is no difference since day 3 :( Day 7: I had a day off Day 8: Wow i can't believe i've made it this far. Today im feeling like it started working again, im not gonna give up Day 9: I didn' think this would work this much in little amount of time! I can definitely feel my breasts are heavier and not-as-flat-as before. Thanks for making this workout!
I started this exercise like 1 momth before..though i had made a lot of gaps..i couldn't continue the whole 21 days.. And i really got changes.. I was 29½ before this..and its proper 30 right now.. M very happy.. hope my comment will help u people

For anyone who has back pain, find a comfortable sitting position to do this routine or lean your back on a chair/couch/bed. Lower back pain is normal due to daily activities, in addition, add more back workouts to your daily routine to have a stronger spinal cord to support your neck and back #hanamillybackworkouts.

A lot of you are asking about squeezing “how do you squeeze?” It’s just like contracting your muscles. When you bring your palms or arms together contract your muscles. Hope this explains it😉 great exercise!
@@uareadorabowl3784 look at 3:23 when she brings her arms or elbows together she is squeezing her sides or armpits so it is helping squeeze the middle. Stand in front of a mirror you will see it. Bring your arms together squeeze and contract at the same time. Good luck!😉
I started doing this exercise yesterday before i went to bed. Then i did this morning 1x. I can the different on my breast. The key is to squeeze your chest tightly. I do feel the burn on my arms too. But im so happy with the result even i just made 2x of this exercise. Thanks hana! It really works for me. Much love💞💞 from Malaysia. I did your 21days challenge for postpartum exercise. But ive stopped because my baby always disturbing me while im doing it. LOL. But still can see the result. I didn't measure but trust me it really works. Just follow hana's instructions when to squeeze your muscle. When the hard parts u need to exhale not inhale and dont stop breathing on the hard part. And everything will be easier. Im not on proper diet because im still breastfeeding my baby. I think that helps me a lot to burn my calories too. I love all your workouts video. I have done a few of your workouts before but never subscribed but today when doing this I realized that I can always really feel the muscles burn when doing your workouts so I definitely needed to subscribe!
I’ve been consistent with this excercize for two days so far(a rest day in between each excercize) and I can feel and see some results My breasts were pretty saggy to me before I started. I can feel my posture being straighter and even when it’s not I feel like it needs to be corrected. My breasts look so much perkier. I’ve commented on many videos before but hopefully I can continue to be consistent. I’m thinking about keeping this excercise for about 2 months. My lower breasts visibly can be seen as lifted but at the top there is no improvement yet and it is just flat at the top. Good luck to all of you!!!❤️ Day one: I really felt this in my arms. During the exercises that go over the head I could feel my joints cracking. (Rest day) Day two: I felt it more in my back. I felt it in my arms also. I did it at night this time, but the other time I did it early in the morning. (Rest day) Day three: In the beginning I felt pretty sore. By the third excercise it got easier and I realize I am able to get more done in the time frame than before in the other two days. I don’t see or feel much lift or see any from the other day. My arms where burning so bad but I did the full challenge. These are good breast workouts I did like two of these a month ago and I did get results so I will do these everyday now until I get the desired look I want.

I've done this exercise combined with her 10mins one for 2 weeks. Mostly I've done it at night and I've gained 2cm!! It's not making my bust bigger (I wish lol) it just helped it perkier and reduce my underarm flab too. Tips to you ladies I like to do all my exercises (whether it's cardio; abs; booty or bust) while watching TV lo kept my mind off thinking "this is bloody hardwork" 🤣🤣

Hiii upasana and morina mam, 1,2,3 means I follow part 1 part 2 and also follow part 3 , and this exercise also increase the size my boobs size is 32 and when I follow this exercises then become 34 . And also lift the chest.
How did you squeeze your chest in the workout? Do you hold your breath to squeeze or what? Sorry i am confused
been doing this for the past week and one of those session my arms didn’t burn (probably because i did an arm exercises a week before this) and by that i felt the burn on my chest i’m quite amazed because i only feel pain on my chest whenever someone accidentally hit me upfront ㅠ such as hugging so suddenly
reminder to breathe properly during workouts
I have done this for two days now and I have seen a very subtle, but noticeable difference !
After reading the comments I have some tips:
- Go at your own pace, even if it means slowing down!
The pace in this video was personally too fast for me so I paused the video and set a timer for one minute on my phone and went at my own pace. Doing this allowed me to really focus on tightening my muscles in this area in order to really work them.
(I think this may be the reason why some of you are feeling it in your arms)
- Tighten your core while doing this.
For me, while tightening my core it helped me focus on working my chest muscles and really isolating them.
Personally, I do not really feel a burn while doing this exercise so I am assuming I should repeat it more than once (2 reps a day?)

@@shradhathakur2237 Actually it is more firm and lifted thanks to the muscles, which was my goal. I do sports, so I don't like having a heavy chest. But I think it does look a little bigger since it's lifted. You should give it a try either way and see if it works for your goal.

second day in a row for me. currently chest is 33in. Looking to increase to 35/36. Also eating estrogen rich foods. While I feel the burn in my arms a great deal, im happy for it, as this increases my upper body strength. squeezing my chest makes me giggle, but Im optimistic. Will give updates. Going to do a full 30 days.

guys im so shocked with the results ive seen in just two days !!!!!! I did start doing these exercises with the mind set that it was going to work because they did look really effective and guys ive only been doing it for two days and im in shock. They have already lifted and i can see the line under my breast which is mad because i never had a line. I aint a mother so i dont breast feed ive just always had saggy breast from little and now they are looking more perky and lifted within jut TWO DAYS i am definitely going to continue adding this routine to my day to day exercises. I truly think you guys should give it a try. *disclaimer* i do these exercises with a bra on

Well don’t expect your boobs to grow just the muscle behind make them in a better shape especially if your a flat girl like me ... but it seems like I start to get a line between them and because the muscle is activate your chest look so much so much SO MUCH better !

Day 1: I did less than the half of it but my arms are D E A D
Day 2: I completed it and it was less hard than yesterday but my arms still hurt a lot
Day 3: I started to feel like it's working but idk
Day 4: It was too easy today, i got used to it. And it IS working.
Day 5: I'm kinda starting to lose motivation because there is no big results, but when i started i knew its gonna take a long time to achieve my dream look, so i will try to continue..
Day 6: I think it stopped working there is no difference since day 3 :(
Day 7: I had a day off
Day 8: Wow i can't believe i've made it this far. Today im feeling like it started working again, im not gonna give up
Day 9: I didn' think this would work this much in little amount of time! I can definitely feel my breasts are heavier and not-as-flat-as before. Thanks for making this workout!

This feels really good for my upper back pain.
I started this exercise like 1 momth before..though i had made a lot of gaps..i couldn't continue the whole 21 days..

Once you do it everyday, the pain is still there but it wont hurt as much as it did the first time, and it goes by quicker
For anyone who has back pain, find a comfortable sitting position to do this routine or lean your back on a chair/couch/bed. Lower back pain is normal due to daily activities, in addition, add more back workouts to your daily routine to have a stronger spinal cord to support your neck and back #hanamillybackworkouts.

A lot of you are asking about squeezing “how do you squeeze?” It’s just like contracting your muscles. When you bring your palms or arms together contract your muscles. Hope this explains it😉 great exercise!
I can't squeeze the middle part of my chest i can only squeeze my muscles in my armpit side, does it count? How do people squueze the middle part?
@@uareadorabowl3784 look at 3:23 when she brings her arms or elbows together she is squeezing her sides or armpits so it is helping squeeze the middle. Stand in front of a mirror you will see it. Bring your arms together squeeze and contract at the same time. Good luck!😉

I started doing this exercise yesterday before i went to bed. Then i did this morning 1x. I can the different on my breast. The key is to squeeze your chest tightly. I do feel the burn on my arms too. But im so happy with the result even i just made 2x of this exercise. Thanks hana! It really works for me. Much love💞💞 from Malaysia. I did your 21days challenge for postpartum exercise. But ive stopped because my baby always disturbing me while im doing it. LOL. But still can see the result. I didn't measure but trust me it really works. Just follow hana's instructions when to squeeze your muscle. When the hard parts u need to exhale not inhale and dont stop breathing on the hard part. And everything will be easier. Im not on proper diet because im still breastfeeding my baby. I think that helps me a lot to burn my calories too. I love all your workouts video. I don't wear a bra when doing this workout makes my armpits breast feel masculine. And I love how much your armpits and breasts are so strong!
I have done a few of your workouts before but never subscribed but today when doing this I realized that I can always really feel the muscles burn when doing your workouts so I definitely needed to subscribe!

I’ve been consistent with this excercize for two days so far(a rest day in between each excercize) and I can feel and see some results
My breasts were pretty saggy to me before I started.
I can feel my posture being straighter and even when it’s not I feel like it needs to be corrected. My breasts look so much perkier.
I’ve commented on many videos before but hopefully I can continue to be consistent. I’m thinking about keeping this excercise for about 2 months. My lower breasts visibly can be seen as lifted but at the top there is no improvement yet and it is just flat at the top.

Day one: I really felt this in my arms. During the exercises that go over the head I could feel my joints cracking.

Day two: I felt it more in my back. I felt it in my arms also. I did it at night this time, but the other time I did it early in the morning.

Day three: In the beginning I felt pretty sore. By the third excercise it got easier and I realize I am able to get more done in the time frame than before in the other two days. I don’t see or feel much lift or see any from the other day.

I've done this exercise combined with her 10mins one for 2 weeks. Mostly I've done it at night and I've gained 2cm!! It's not making my bust bigger (I wish lol) it just helped it perkier and reduce my underarm flab too. Tips to you ladies I like to do all my exercises (whether it's cardio; abs; booty or bust) while watching TV lo kept my mind off thinking "this is bloody hardwork" 🤣🤣
