I know you recommend hcg but doesn’t is suppress fsh over time? Wouldnt it be more wise to save it to use in fertility protocols, instead of using a low maintenance dose for years on end.
@@OptimaleTRT I have been experimenting with HCG and realised it spiked my estradiol too much due to disproportionate intratesticular aromatisation. So I had the option or using HCG with an AI, or using testosterone only. Now I am on testosterone only, and a few times a year I will use 2000IU HCG per week for 2 weeks with an AI to preserve fertility. Do any of your patients use HCG in a cyclical fashion like this as opposed to low dose HCG year round?
I'll wager the unresponsive clinic was Balance My Hormones; my experience with them was beyond terrible with the worst customer service EVER!
We couldn't possibly comment ;)
They remind of a couple of shady used car dealers in their videos 😂
I'm interested. What do I need to do? And do you give something for estrogen co trolled?

There's no evidence that a low dose suppresses FSH over time. This is a common myth.

@@J21-j9v is that effective at preserving fertility ? have you tested?
Hcg is an accessory
I thought testosterone had to be administered intramuscularly?
