It might look like that from the outside, but I'm not a disciplined or conscientious person by nature. Ultimately, it comes down to viewing each task in the smallest way possible.
You're shredded, dude! Yeah, that would suck having to do that test in front of people. I'm an introvert too, so I felt your pain there. Consciousness really is a fascinating thing. For me, there's a shut-off switch in my brain when I think about it (along with the size of our universe and what preceded it, etc.). It's paradoxical in some ways, that what our identities do for survival can lead to its destruction, but maybe that's by design, like how a forest needs fire from time-to-time.
Glad you find value in my sharing :) As for kettlebells, they are a great option, but I don't use them due to the likelihood of damaging something in the room, or dropping one on my foot. I use sandbags instead.
Well, the mind, is a tool that the brain uses... and the mind does what it wants. My goal, is to notice that it's running amuck and step out of it, into the here and now.
Your work ethic is unmatched.. by 99.9% of the population anyways.. You’re an inspiration

That was insane Tim, looked tough.
Yeah, it was NOT fun! I don't think I'll do that again :)

Yeah, our identities (minds) are not there by accident. They are useful tools when 'used properly'.
Hi Tim, really like your vlogs….just curious…what are your thoughts on kettlebell training for strength?
Glad you find value in my sharing :)

Thanks again!
What kind of tea do you use? Any special effects?? :)
Stud!
Haven't had time to keep up with your channel Tim. Are you still mostly raw vegan? Looking good Bro!
Have you started on TRT yet or still keeping it all natural?
No meds of any kind. No need at this point.
@@runningraw awesome to hear 👍🏼
Yeah, Tolle says the brain is just a tool, stop thinking so much
