Like 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1 onion, 1tea cup of ground nuts, 1/2 lemon, koncham salt, mix well and eat after one hour 1 green tea Lunch:- one curry cup of brown rice, with curry (your wish) Snacks:- Dates, badam, green tea Dinner :- 2 chapathi with milk (7pm).

Short time too much pressure on health. Sorry to say immunity system will damage. It will not adjust. Just think .its my suggestion just normally ur very caring family member.
