I was 55kg all my life but I went till 75 during my pregnancy and after childbirth it was 70kg for a year after I stopped feeding and once I had time for myself. I started surya namaskaras or brisk walk daily, reduced sugar and salf intake, drank 3-4liters warm water. I took Oats morning or evening once in a day whenever I felt too hungry. I ate fruits and vegetables in good quantities and did all routine chores. I came back to 50kg in 1 year gradual loss in weight. I had my second child I went back to 70kg and now my second child is 2yrs and Iam 55kg.
