My note taking includes NCERT spiral bind with white paper & notebook for extra writing space to write I 2nd generation ball pen to erase there is a strike feature And I am satisfied with it cause I know it will be very distracting for me
No go check " sameul suresh " on UA-cam. He is god of note making and he don't use screen protector. You can't find better videos of note taking vieo on UA-cam .
ONE NOTE is everything. I love the fact that it can be used across all the platforms and for free with both typing and writing. And attaching documents is so smooth and customisable. A lot of times i am typing on my laptop with my ipad on and it just syncs so well as I go. The only downside is that they don't have all the word editing features and smoothness (eg for pictures and line spacing and table edits etc) and the colours for highlighting and filling are not that great. But that doesnt hinder much. I used goodnotes 5 for a whole year before switching to one note and i wish i had done that earlier Goodnotes 5 is definitely better than notibility with their new update. The only problem with it is importing documents like word or powerpoints or any webpage. The pdf it creates are so disorganised and all the formatting just goes to trash which is a plus with one note.
The only thing that keeps me from onenote is PDF export (yea i know its there, but printouts never come the way i want them to come). Also you cannot set paper size on Onenote(like A4, A5 or A3).... but also there is no "Proper" PDF import type thing... for pdf annotation (including adding text and annotating), Liquidtext is definitely better (maybe... its a bit subjective though)
I was so convinced to buy goodnotes 5 but notability was available for 50% off.. also i guess microsoft onenote is much more easy to use and customizable !

i use boath notability and good note and i can say that good note is better because once you buy goodnote you will have all its features but in notability you have to buy some of its features separately but notability is good for writing experience

It's really difficult to get paid apps from app store especially in india. I just bought a new ipad and wanted to make notes on goodnotes. But its just declining the payment method even after I have enabled international transaction facility of my visa debit card. Can someone really please help me with this.... Probably you have tried to do many times a payment without global card. It by default puts your card details in spam , even now if you enable global facility for your card still the payment system won't recieve your payment. I think you should mail to particular app company to get the process reset or either wait for some days and then do payment.

I also use one note. But nowadays,it is having huge bugs. One note is not syncing at all. Do we face these problems in these paid apps too?
