This is soo cool, i love it. Im totally new to pole Dance, its such a hard and fun workout. Im on my second class/lesson. It takes soo much training to dance like that. But its so cool, i wanna dance like that too some day
@@AneteBlaua hey, now its my fourth lesson, and its really cool how fast a beginner can improfe in Pole Dance. The sport is hartmd, but great fun! And a lot improvement in short time. I hang the first time (upside down) on the pole today. Im so happy, it feels soo good. Pls to anyone who want to try it and is concios. Just do it!

It took a while😄 I focused on basic moves like Piruette etc, did them each Heels workout before I started to dance and it helped.
