Thanks Bob! I NEED this thing done.... Sadly I keep running into more issues. Apparently 6 years trouble free is the cutoff for old volvos... She's fighting back this year for sure.

Does the pin stay in on tensioner?

Pull it before final assembly then it's just hydraulic slow release the rest of it's life I think...
