Thank you. I live in a third floor walk up, I will be using the steps in the hallway to do these, don't worry they are very high and lots of walls to support.
Your videos are super helpful. Yesterday as I came out of the library, there was a woman laying the ground and yelling "HELP" she had stumbled from the curb and fell, we call an an ambulance and she was being taken care of when I departed the scene.

My issue isn’t “confidence or weakness” per se. I have “Neuropathy” in both feet/ankles (the left is SUBSTANTIALLY WORSE) and I CANNOT “FEEL” my feet “making contact with the ground”!! I ALWAYS have to “have my cane handy” OR use a “hand-rail” (when available) as a “safety net”; just in case my foot/feet “give out” due to the lack of “feeling”!! ☹️ (I also have “necrosis” under both kneecaps.) Is there ANY WAY to “re-train my brain” into BELIEVING my feet ARE “touching the ground” while walking, climbing stairs, etc.??
    Fun Fact!! 🤭
I “practice ‘Roadside FST’ tests” at home, to help “improve my balance and strength”. However, I HAVE to “first and foremost”, start by “gently and alternately” “pressing my toes and feet ‘into’ the ground” several times. This “tells my brain” that my feet ARE “actually ‘there’!!” 😂
    Catherine, Florida
    ✌🏻❤️👊🏻 Peace, Love and Respect!!
