Two days ago, on 18.10.2024, as an 18-year-old young man, I had the opportunity to watch him live at the Istanbul concert. It was undoubtedly the best memory of my life. Bryan Adams you are a great legend to me. İbrahim Mirhan Öztürk.
A largely 80's band, playing in the 90's, singing a song about an older person, reminiscing about the 60's, when he was experiencing love and life...fully for the first time and wishing he was there again. If that doesn't resonate with all of humanity, no matter what year you were born... I'll never know what will. This is my music.
This might be the best song ever made, both happy and sad at the same time. I always think about my childhood and how much I miss it every time I hear it. This song is universal
Imagine being an African man who lived his whole life in a small country called Lesotho🇱🇸 regarding this song as one of the greatest ever! This song was released when I was only 4 months old, 38 years ago. Knew it, listened to it and loved it since I was a toddler, and it's the only song I know from start to finish that my DAD loves. Trying to get my kids to love it too, maybe their kids will love it too in 2069.❤❤❤
This is how a concert is made, without big lights and dancers. Just a man with his passio, his t - shirt and his guitar singing with the audience and NOT LIP SYNCING.
Sure, but to be fair, I wouldn't pay £80 to sing someone else's songs on their behalf while they're stood right there on stage...so get on with it or I'm out.
If you've eve been fortunate enough to be at a HUGE show like this, you know that nothing sounds more awesome than the crowd singing along like at the beginning of this song. It's such a powerful experience.

You tell those kids, Ernie! Damn straight and right on.
Indeed. And if you watch it closely, there are parts where his guitar "playing" is not in sync with the music track at all. Not a problem -- just sayin'.
Thank you for the music Bryan Adams.. still listening to this masterpiece feb 05 2023..
I love Bryan Adams!! One of the best singers in the 80's!!
Brian Adams is another name of energy, encouragement and love.....
Love you Brian...
May your voice always spread peace ...
The way he captures his audience at the start is awsome.... and look at his appearance... just a simple T-shirt and jeans... when ur talent speaks for itself, u dont need flashy clothes and shining settings......👍👍👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Absolutely 👍
Agree👍👍👍
great man...only guitar, band and public...
Isn't that the truth ?
You are absolutely true!
Just watched Bryan Adams last night In Manila for his "So Happy It Hurts" tour, and his performance is just pure rock and roll goodness!!! Man, such an amazing voice and his band is truly amazing!!! Still can't get over how electrifying the concert was. Legit fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Are you kidding me. I am from Vancouver but live in Lipa City. I would have died to see that. I saw him in 1983 in Vancouver
So vry 3 singer
This song never gets old.. I've seen him live about four times. I love the way he played this song during this video.
I am 17 years old and I always wonder what it was like back in 1969. I used to listen to my grandpa’s stories about those days when I was growing up
i was born in 72 and the 70’s and 80’s were amazing. i’ve been convinced for a long time i was born at the perfect time.
I was at the concert…..it was off the wall amazing! We loved every second!
Que edad tienes hoy ..amanda... para saber.??
羨ましいかぎりです♪
His songs are eternal! This man made music history! Thanks Bryan, job well done !

you know you "made it" when 100,000 people sing your song to you,,,, EXCELLENT!!
What a beautiful energy this song has! Was the Summer of 69 for Bryan, but reminds me of my summer's when i was a kid in the earliers 90's.

The time where no one cared about recording on a phone and just a fucking unreal crowd was in tune with legends like this man💯🤟
very true. Wish I had a phone with me that night though because a very close friend was in that crowd and I so wanted to call him.

My parents were in elementary school in the summer of 69 they always loved talking about their stories from the 60’s,70’s and 80’s. I used to sing this with my dad in the truck. RIP Dad!
