Meisje:
Wil je me omhoog helpen? Help je me naar beneden?
Wil je me meenemen uit dit afgelegen gat?
Wil je alles wat minder kil maken?
Jongen:
Dat kan ik
Dat kan ik
Meisje:
Zal je me beschermen? Zal je me stevig vasthouden?
Vroeg of laat zul je me bedonderen
Jongen:
Dat zal ik niet doen
Nee, dat zal ik niet doen
Alles voor de liefde
O, ik doe alles voor de liefde
Ik doe alles voor liefde, maar dat doe ik nooit
Nee, dat doe ik nooit.
Who's watching??.. Feb 2024. Love is in the air❤😊
Greets from Germany 🇩🇪
I have always loved his voice
gotta love the meat
Saw him twice in 2005, an excellent showman. He will be missed. ❤❤❤
February 24, 2024. No words.
I leave my comment here so that when someone decides to leave a "like", I get a notification and reminds me that I have to listen to this work of art.
Notification, have 10 beers and fuckin love it, that's me now... because, I can do that... No... I won't do that...
Oh God everything about this was so perfect. The vocals, the orchestra, the piano, the whole performance.
A Concert turned Opera or an Opera turned into a Concert, this Man had Talent, what a Showman, this Giant will never be Forgotten, thank goodness for these videos, R.I.P. MR. MEATLOAF!
Meatloaf ( Marvin Lee Aday ) R.I.P. to the dramatically Best Singer/Actor this planet has ever seen. You will be missed.
Hell of a performance by the female vocalist
Damn Right !
Meat Loaf was such a larger than life performer. You will be missed you bloody Legend. This song became his Magnus Opus the moment it was released into the airwaves.
Patti Russo's delivery in this live performance is impeccable-her voice is so full of passion --a memorable performance by her and Meatloaf-but when she steps out to sing her part the song just skyrockets into uncharted territory. Bravo!
Patti never disappoints. She's a rock star all on her own, but Meat & Patti brought out the passion in one another's lyrics. Check out I Couldn't Have Said It Better w/the Melbourne Orchestra. I get chills every time she "interrupts" him.
Meatloaf wasn't just a singer, a musician, an artist, he was an experience. RIP Dear Meat you will live on through your music, and the memories forever. Xo 💕
I saw the greatest concert of my life in 1978. Meat loaf - Bat Outta Hell. I've seen many since. never any better. RIP Meat.
There are many songs about love, fulfillment, abandonment, pain, past and present, but there are few songs that bring out the pain in both physical and mental inferiority. It's so hurt & so angry that you don't know how to explain this to anyone , and it is this song that will live on in this world for a long time.
I bow 🙇♂️ for all the team who created this song , the orchestra , the wonderful vocal of the female singer & Meat Loaf , you are The Incredible !!!⚘️⚘️RIP⚘️⚘️
Great song!!! Remember the woman on the video just lip synced it. She had record contracts till she told them the truth.
Der ehrlichste Typ der Welt ( the most honest artist in the ,,World"). Zumindest für nicht absolut Englischversierte😂
Sadly there goes one of the last great voices of an music era that was and is still amazing. There is no music style that can come even close to such epicness that Meat Loaf showed us all over decades. Rest in piece and I hope a lot of people will miss your songs as I do.
I am agreeing with you 100% and more 💕💕💕
Why did he have to go so soon, meatloaf was a legacy....a icon....a shinning star, he will be never replaced, everytime I hear his music it breaks my heart, his music will live on throughout the next millennium,
Absolutely loved him. Wish I could of told him myself!!!
Jim Steinman’s songs were epic for sure. Meat Loaf was the ultimate performer. A great collaboration
R.I.P Meat ❤️ your memory will rock on with your music. You were the best ever 🤩
When I saw him in the 90's I left that concert totally emotionally exhausted. He was such an amazing performer. There will never be another Meat Loaf.
Say it again you hit it right on the spot agreeing with you a thousand percent from Baton Rouge Louisiana 2022 please be careful and safe 🫂🫂🫂
You should have never left a Meat Loaf concert :(
@@coloneljoe5190 Duh....I left there when it was OVER.....
He always seemed like he would be a good fit for the remake, theatrical Phantom of the Opera. Instead they went with Gerard Butler. He was good I guess, but I wanted to see Meat Loaf in that role. Meat Loaf... carried the flag for us regular/not-so-pretty guys.
The first time I saw him was on The Rocky Horror Picture Show as Eddie.
Goodbye old friend! Your music still soars within our souls.
real talent. no auto tune. no lip sync. just pure talent. everyone on that stage.
What a great performance. Like a bat out of hell you will be missed Meat Loaf. You’re no longer in pain and now you can rock in heaven.
Yes yes you are right 🥰🥰🥰🫂🫂
Heaven? You keep telling yourself that. Lol
YESSSSS....woow...Great Performance...
@@chrisrsiahaan1269 As he always said... NEVER STOP ROCKING !!!
One of the greatest of all times,I still have chills when I hear this great performer singing, rest in peace Meat Loaf.

Meatloaf is a great 😃 singer. You will be . missed.
Many hours of listening to his unique of rock?? ? Not only that he was sexy anog8r
AMEN!!!
his body on earth is resting and decomposing and feeding the worms. in a kids song its the worms crawl in and worms crawl out in your stomach and in your snout. part of the life on earth process of decomposition and returning your body components back to mother earth. meatloaf feeding mother earth.
since god is good all the time. i know sir meatloaf is in better hands than state farm insurance on earth. and there are no better than the hand of good. so go and make my day. trust in your god and don't be a meat head don't worry about mr meatloaf think about red sauced mother baked meat loaf or meat pie it um um good for any time nutrition in my tummy tummy yummy mummy don't worry be happy.
Meant Loaf Is So Cool 😎
Watching this in 2023. Need this to soothe my aching heart. Beautiful performance. Passion and theatrical. This is true music. The silence and intensity between both of them after she sings “sooner or later, you’ll be screwing around” They def don’t make performances like this anymore. RIP Meatloaf and thank you for your beautiful voice ❤
Also watching in 2023 from Ireland 🙂 this masterpiece will never die, never 🙋🏻♂️
Are you ok? It's been a hard time for us all.
Just amazing the delay says everything he gave us that song but it was song for someone special very close to his heart
With you my bro
Watching this in 2024 and still sobbing like nothing else. Nobody else sang like this.
Me and My Beautiful Wife of 34 year's use to sing this Song together... Rest in Peace Jamie. You are So Dearly Missed by All of Us..I Love You. Paul⚘️
They don’t write songs like this anymore , the lyrics the woman sings are absolutely brilliant x
The reason for this type songs won't be written is who can sing like this ? Now we don't see singing we hardly hear a voice of origin ? It's only technology but this is voice from every part ... Without the voice talent this song is nothing but the voice had made it everything and given the music a value and wings to all the hard work ...
Jim Steinman was the lyricist who wrote Meat’s best songs.
@@MadMathemagician and others too, like Bonnie Tyler, Celine Dion and more
What a mark you left on this world
This is truly when a musician knows they have hit the big time...when they have a full orchestra performing their song as they sing along to it!!! May this great musician Rest in peace. Thanks for all that you gave us Meatloaf!!!! You will never be forgotten!!!! At least not by me!!!
True I think a few years ago the orchestra would need him
Literally my wife and meatloaf passed away a minute apart
Russo steals this great performance! She is soóoo beautiful and such a great singer! Love her forever
@@johnplacivita4416sorry about your wife, condolences to you from aus
He is just amazing and great we lost him too soon😢
Class singer and won't ever be replaced and he will live forever. God bless you.
Many amazing female vocalist recorded duets with Meatloaf, but only the fabulous Patti Russo got up on stage night after night for 20 years and brought them to life with her amazing voice and stage presence. Thank you Patti.
You're right. Patti was probably the only female vocalist who could challenge Meat Loaf.
It is her ? She sounds so good
@@Mave_76 Patti is the one that toured with Meatloaf the longest, but Karla DeVito's the original tour singer and she could certainly hold her own next to him, and then there's the original Ellen Foley.
Patti"s vocals were spot on in ever performance.
@@debidee5548 True. Devito was his early sidekick, but she didn't ever get to perform his later classic songs. Foley never even performed with him live (or even recorded their duet parts together). Patti did it all and did an amazing job. Her contribution to the band was only surpassed by ML & Steinman.
With his death, we lost one of the best rock musicians in the history of the genre. He never accepted anything but 100% from himself. Incredibly gifted performer. Rest In peace, Meatloaf.
What a perfect comment Mark. Well done my friend.
I'm positive that Meat would completely agree.
Ent
He took the jab
I didn't know about his death!!!! Rest in Peace, Meatloaf.
Rest in peace Meat love🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️😭
One of the most under appreciated talents/VOICES of all time!!!!!
FENOMENAL PERFORMANCE! When Patti comes is this turns into an epic theatre play! Absolutely Fenomenal!
Patti absolutely kills this. She’s awesome.
phenomenal
Patti ❤
I saw Meatloaf perform in 1993 at the Pier in St Petersburg, FL. It was just a small bar/nightclub. Maybe 500 of us there that night. I remember thinking to myself as I was listening to him that I was one of luckiest human beings on the face of the earth. That I didn't want to be anywhere else in the world but where I was at that exact moment. By far the best live performance I have ever seen. I literally left that night a changed person.
that sounds awesome
None better (No ka oi). Rest In Aloha, Meat Loaf!
This is a work of art. This is music! Every aspect of this performance. To the backing choir, the orchestra! The fact that this music involves actual musical instruments to come together! This is what real music is. I am 23 and would much rather listen to this than half the crap on the radio
This!
I can't agree less Laura...a lot of rubbish out there called music
You are 23 and I must say ,you are lucky to have picked this !
I am 57 and I know the greatnes of 80s music.
Like a theatre of music on stage.
Very tru
He’s sooooo engaged with his fans ! Love it ! Listen to the crowd !!!! How amazing !!!! The fans were his true love 😊
imagine being there experiencing this. he wasnt just a brilliant singer he was an all round brilliant entertainer and he never lost his self respect or respect for others. RIP Meat Loaf. Legend
I have listened to this song and the album practically a million times and never fails to give me the chills. The live performances even more so. I'm crying right now. No other rock performer has done this for me. RIP Meat.
Hugs for you, Rocco Ryan.
I will miss him so much
Me too....crying! So much passion in this performance.
damn onions!!!!
Stars do shine! See and feel,Karita.
I've read a ton of comments here and while most all of you agree with his voice and talent, to me, it's the emotion he put into his performances. In this one he makes you feel like it isn't just a song but a plea to Patti for real. The hurt look in his eyes when she sings, sooner or later you'll be screwing around. To me, it's the emotion that sets Meat Loaf apart from any of today's singers.
That it...that is well said 😮😮❤RIP
On a late night show, he once sang the Pizza Bagels jingle in the most dramatic way and it was awesome.
I never noticed before that he told her good job when they hugged. The most magical thing about Meatloaf is he aspired to be an actor. He barely had an acting career. He has some movies under his belt. A few memorable and more not. Again the magical part is he imagines a character for each album and he puts himself in that character when doing the songs. This is why is up there as one of the best performing artists. He and Freddie Mercury are on top in that category in my opinion.
When she said "sooner or later you'll be screwing around." Meat had such a look of pain and hurt on his face. It was such a great touch of showmanship. And heart-wrenching as well.
😊
😅
Patti and Meat were great together. The perfect duo. And she is gorgeous.
This was an excellent performance. Thank you very much for posting.
His other back up singer was His adopted Daughter Pearl Aday. They were brilliant!
They were my favorite duo.
@@saxyben81 i liked when aspen miller was with him during the 3 bats live performance

One of the best ballad singers of the 80's and 90's. You can always feel the emotion in his songs. He put his heart and soul into his songs.
His first name is not "Meat" lol

Hello Darlene, how are you doing
Who can sing like him? No one. The song The Day the Music Died, well that day is here.
Freddy Mercury...The both of them were UNIQUE and different but together what voices!!!
Astonishing performance of a remarkable song - I predict this will live for generations
I lost my dad in 2002 at 16, but all thanks to him I have always had a love and appreciation for Meatloafs music! RIP daddy and Meatloaf❤️❤️🔥

Hi Louise, how are you doing
Thank you Meat Loaf for the soundtracks of our lives. Thank you because every night we sleep listening to your music... Rest in peace dear Meat... You left too soon.
Hello faith, how are you doing
Meat loaf’s ballads always felt so much more regal than the other players in the rock scene. This is quite evident from the entire orchestra setup behind him for his live performances.
We all would do anything for love but we all would do anything to have you back. Sleep tight, your music brought many relationships together.
One of the best songs of all time. RIP man

One of the best performances of this song. He plays with my emotions - up and down and up again. Love Meat Loaf. And good camera movements, too. I am sometimes so embarrassed by the bad camera not showing Meat when he's acting on stage.
Agree absolutely
You know this is January the 28th 2022 sad to say this is my first time seeing this but I'm loving every moment of it he is the great one that can sing beautiful songs that touch your heart 🥰🫂💕
He said in an interview that wasn't act and that he had genuine anxiety over performing the song and the band was briefed to repeat the last few bars of the intro until he finally starts singing RIP Meat legend.
@@carlettecannon8716 fast forward. It is the 29th of June. I think, if I recall correctly, until this morning, the only video I ever saw of his was 'Rock and Roll Dreams Come Through.' Fell asleep listening to Home Free, and surfaced, thinking, oh, no they didn't! Then I realized, nope, I hear real instruments, no beat boxer. And I just basked in that voice, the music, then started to drift back off as first, I Won't Do That was followed by Rock and Roll Dreams... and got jarred awake again... by an orchestra? The heck? And his performance was insane, and magic, and people just still have no idea what we lost. *THIS* was Rock opera; The Who's 'Tommy' was a concept album by comparison.
The best profomance I've seen in ages a very good and brilliant singer R.I.P Meatloaf
Many years ago, I was privileged to sit front row center and had back stage passes... What an honor to have met this man ❤
This performance brought tears to my eyes . At his age to still be able to bring such depth and feeling into every note , most of which were still really pure and clean , was astounding. There may never be another like him . 😕 You will be missed Meatloaf . 😢
This is probably one of the best live videos I’ve ever seen. I bet this performance left chills to the audience

I discovered Meatloaf when Bat Out of Hell 2 came out. I was 13 and just going through so much shit. I have this memory riding in the car with my mom, my head resting against the window watching things go by. I was in my own world listening to that album on my discman. Rock n Roll Dreams is playing and two lines stand out, the "you've been through the fires of hell..." and "you're never alone cause you can put on the phones..." I can't say enough how important this music was to me in my life at that time, and even though time has moved on, it will always have a special place in my heart. Love to all, and RIP to Meatloaf and Jim.
Me too!!! And life is like a lemon. But then my mum let me listen to Bat out of Hell. (The song) and on vinyl. The intro guitar that sounded like a motorbike came straight out of the speakers. So awesome
Queen had the best performance at the 1985 Live Aid just because Meat Loaf wasn't there..
30 years old this song. It’s a masterpiece.
You and my dad passed away within hours of each other! I will never forget my father's leadership and passion and dedication to all the lives he touched. And I guarantee you Meatloaf... neither will we, your beloved fans! R.I.P. both of you!

He was the right guy, at the right time, doing the right thing. An icon that will hold a place in the history of music. Unique.
A showstopper--great lyrics and music. Meatloaf sets it all up with his voice and theatrics-but when Patti comes in with that great voice the place explodes. She's a looker too.
