Thanks! Looks much healthier than traditional dosa that are mostly starch and hardly any protein or fibers. I am sure ghee can be replaced with healthier oil. Will definitely try.

Yes, fermented chcikpeas often smell bad, but doesn't mean that they have gone off. Also you can see lots of bubbles after good fermentation. Go ahead, mix the batter very well and make dosa. Or refrigerate and use upto 2 days
