    I love these! But my wrists always hurt during planks so I almost always drop to my elbows 😭

      that’s okay!! another tip is to fold the edge of your yoga mat over and place the base of your palm on the mat and your fingers on the floor - this takes some tension off the wrist💛

      Mine used to hurt when I first started but I have been doing Pilates faithfully for a few months and it has got so much better. Hang in there and keep going ❤❤❤
