The thing with the Pancakes is that when Nora and Ren are first introduced in Volume 1, during the montage, Nora is seen slurping down whole pancakes like other people slurp noodles. Come the middle of the Volume after Jaune finally stands up to himself, Pyrrha tells him to come down and join the team because “Ren made Pancakes!…no syrup though, you can thank Nora for that” implying Nora drank all the Syrup.
Jaune: Ruby, what are you doing? You're making me look bad! Ruby: Okay one, you don't need any help to do that. And the award for best sickest burn goes to.....CHIBI RUBY ROSE OF BEACON ACADEMY!!
Been watching since you found the RWBY trailers, and I'm happy to say that after going through this journey with you I am gonna be sticking around to see what else you do, keep up the great work and I look forward to whatever comes next
Every time someone comments on dad jokes I laugh. In my house, what makes dad jokes so funny is that everyone KNOWS they are going to be goofy and dumb, and we love that. The other day, my daughter was talking to her friend in England, and were sharing dad jokes back and forth so often that they pulled me into it and we were all laughing at the stupidest ones we could find. On a side note: this came out back in 2017, and I remember laughing out loud the first time I saw the scene where everyone is holding protest signs, and the only odd one out was Yang holding "save the bees!" for no apparent reason. Iirc everyone was still debating if it would end up being a thing and this was a "yep it's happening" from Rooster Teeth.
