I can't tell you how much you all have brought down my anxiety. I have had this issue for decades. Why are you all not on the news!?!? This should be on news channels all over the world. This is such a problem worldwide. Cannot express how grateful I am and the work all of you do. Thank you.

Because of the news it has to be about how life threatening insomnia is just to take your money.

I wanted to be a lot further in my recovery so I really couldn't tolerate relapses. But the truth is that I do need to keep reexperience them to learn more.

Another great video! Luckily, I found this channel early in my insomnia journey and was able to get the education right away. Thanks to all the education I’ve received, my sleep has improved immensely and I’ve let go of a lot of fear and anxiety. Even though my sleep is pretty much back to normal, some fear still lingers but I’m learning that it’s part of the process and to have the willingness to experience the fear whenever it decides to show up.

hello, thank you I have just found this channel and it is surreal how profoundly impacted I have been since only two weeks, I use to feel anxiety every evening before sleeping, trying to control the anxiety thinking that I was doing it right when I was doing it all wrong by trying so hard to let go, and that evening anxiety is now vanished. I thought I was so alone in this experience, that my brain was broken and finding this community, seeing all the aspects of my struggle portrayed in the very precise details as told by other’s experiences and educational content has been life changing ! this channel is a gift and I wish everyone who struggles could have access to this. Thank you so much, I am so greatful and so inspired, hopeful and at peace in this process of recovery which I recognize will not be a straight line up. Thank you thank you for your work. This channel deserves so much more visibility.

Thank you for sharing this Ali. I feel I'm at this point in my journey and therefore some really timely reminders, such as releasing the insistence that you should be further along your recovery journey/let go of any timeline, trust the process and be kind to yourself ❤

prefrontal cortex... feeling and experiencing our way into safety. It's super helpful to understand this! Thank you, Aly. Leaning in to the discomfort is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but... it does help me so much. The more I believe it is safe to feel afraid, anxious, pained, etc. and believe my brain is plastic the more I calm down and manage my insomnia better. I'm not healed, but I'm managing it better. That's HUGE!

Thank you Aly. I currently find it hard to accept where I am on “bad nights”, especially in the morning when I am in a funk of emotions. Time for self-compassion, one of the many things I am learning about from this program. Come on amygdala, get with the program! If only we could speed this part up.
