INGREDIENTS
3 Large Eggs
1 Cup Sunflower Oil
1 1/3 Cups Brown Sugar
3 Cups Grated Carrot
2 1/2 Cups Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Bicarb of Soda
2 tsp Mixed Spice
1 Cup Chopped Raisins
Handful of Toasted Chopped Macadamia Nuts
