  • Well guys for the guys that have been asking about it. Here we go. HOW TO MAKE BLACK DIESEL
    Used oil 70%
    Gasoline 20%
    Diesel 10%
I do change it up a bit as I talked about depending what oil I have to run when making the black diesel .

I would really like to hear the "tax police" side of this. The products going into it have had their taxes paid when they were purchased, unlike ORD which is not taxed when sold. You pay the tax man when you buy the vehicle, you pay the tax man when you register it, then every year you pay the tax man yet again, and then yet again whenever you buy the parts and pieces to maintain said vehicle, Taxman Gotcha again!. So much tax, and look at how great the roads are that we drive on!! Sad that most of our taxes are going to pay the tax enforcers to enforce that we pay the taxes. I know, looking at this it looks as though one of them nutjobs came up with the comment..

I just cut my oil with 20% regular gasoline and call it a day. I’ll also throw in a gallon of used atf for each 20 gallon batch. I have a few boats at the local marina so i also get old gas and diesel fuels by the barrel sometimes which is great. Settling can be a pain sometimes but i typically run 40-100% oil depending on diesel fuel price or availability.. right now diesel is about $7 a gallon in my area..

1 part gas 5 parts used motor oil or trans fluid filtered through a centrifuge. I run this in my Mercedes, my 12 valve, my ford tractor, and believe it or not my 6.0 Powerstroke and the only problem I’ve had is the 6.0 fuel level sending unit doesn’t like motor oil so it’s acting up. Now I just need a good supply of it, having a hard time finding people that will let it go lately. Thanks Rob!!!!!!

Hi Rob, I'm curious to see how our sample tests for you. My son tested in southern SK this winter and with a temp of -35 C (same F) he found that with a 30% blend (bio) that the fuel was still rather viscous. Because of fuel $ now, I'm running 80-90% and new (to me) truck seems to love it. I'm commenting at the end of March, temps are a low of 0 C or 32 F. I have a FASS system on my 03 5.9 truck, and the newer one is 08 with factory system. Obviously the 08 is deleted and has a tuner. I was nervous about it, but my son was running same fuel in all his trucks with factory systems. 07, 10, 13, 17, and his latest creation...a deleted and tuned eco that he's seen as low as 7l/100 kms. Don't know what that is in MPG, other than it's dam high. He was cruising 100kms/60mph. Needless to say he was happy. Daily driver truck for him, to and from work. Thanks for the info Rob. TOG out!!

Hey Rob, Watching this with great interest. I've been running straight waste vegetable oil for over 11 years in Mercedes and 5 years in a 12 valve. I filter to 1 micron and I have a simple homemade water injection system to help with coaking. The 12 valve does black smoke where as the Mercedes never smokes under acceleration. I inspected and cleaned the 12 valve injectors after a year of service and they did have carbon deposits on the tips. I may need to increase the amount of water injection going forward.

I just use stock injectors make sure the oil is hot when it goes through and keep it separate from your diesel only run diesel when the engine is cold and you'll never have coking problems. Never start on vegetable oil or a mixture of. It will result in unburned fuel which equals carbon buildup and engine damage eventually. I have seen some really half ass jobs. Do it right and keep it simple you'll be a lot happier.

Run used oil thru a centrifuge is what my friend did and add your favorite flavor percentages. As per gasoline yeah unless u drained the tanks yourself- dont trust it. I ran a crusher- and pumped out all the tanks. Good stuff got filtered into a mobile tractor trailer tank then was pumped and filtered again into big holding tank. THEN- filtered again going into my vehicles. I dont recommend it in a vehicle calling for higher octane. I used to have soooo much used oil... got to watch used oil from mechanic shops- brake cleaner, brake fluid, gear oil, trash, water in it.

when you add the gas into the diesel/oil mix will it stay in solution, or evaporate out into the open space in the tank you store it in? or if the tank was left open to atmosphere would it evaporate out completely over time? do you need to start worrying about explosive fumes and needing everything intrinsically safe.. might stick to my 70/30 mix, whats the purpose or benefit to the gasoline ive been running my 70/30 all winter starts on stops on one tank

    • @CUTTERUPROB
      @CUTTERUPROB  2 роки тому +2

If it sat long enough open it would evaporate same as gas does. I just store it the same as I have always done with diesel. After I mix it I have never had an issue you separation

I think the gasoline helps by thinning the oil (lower viscosity), improving burn time, and be less smokey.

Hello! love the content, trying to set up my own system at the moment, was thinking of just using filters, but seeing how much the centrifuges clean ive decided to make one. Im planning on running the black diesel in a few farm tractors, but i dont want to build a secondary tank on them, space is limited and wont look pretty. Im wondering if i can get around the downsides (damaging injection parts) of running black diesel by blending it again 50/50 with diesel. Or will i still see coking on the injectors?
I live in Norway, so the temperatures get really cold during wintertime, so im not sure if i can even run it during winter. 1Litre of diesel costs 3CAD in Norway, colored is 2CAD per Litre.

I don't need to pre filter my oil in Oregon we just let it settle, as long as you have heavy on-board filtration. I don't use black oil cus veg oil is just easy to get, and veg smells better. I use about 1 gal of Diesel / day and drive about 60 miles a day. It's awesome 😎 never go back.

I have a couple of restaurants that I pick up from and I'm pretty picky about what I burn I only run clear oil. No hydrogenated oils. When I do get nasty oil I just throw it in a barrel and let it sit and it always provides. clear clean oil floats to the top. The key is adequate filtration on board and plenty of heat, all run off the coolant system. I used to run a veggie system install shop. I would be happy to give you any info on the subject. Since I closed my shop I do phone consultations on veggie power. My whole family runs on vegetable oil we go through about 50 gallons a week.

Lucas deep clean will knock that problem out at 140 gallon tank diesel engine only. my set up has double filter on it and yes if you get some bad stuff it will within one or 2 gallons plug both primary oil filter and the secondary fuel filter instantly to the point where there’s so much pressure buildup in the system when you go to take it apart you’re liable to get drenched in oil lol

Take a hose, run it inside to a air gauge and a shut off valve back to your fuel line
You can use any kind of two way switch to hook this up
You should run a two way switch from your fuel pump or sending unit to your dash so you can turn off your fuel pump and also an on and off valve to decrease or shut off your fuel line

Stop cutting with diesel. Just use gas 2 to 10 ratio. Or 1 to 10 with ethanol.

    Park for
Now for the secret sauce, this is where you gonna think I’m really nuts, but human pee is a good electrolyte once you add sea salt to it and a little bit of bicarbonate or baking soda
The three will create a strong, hydrogen gas. Would you add positive electricity to it the outside your thermos is the negative or the ground in the mounting of your hydrogen
reactor is when you mount it to the firewall the possibly coming off your alternator will run to the dash to the to a toggle switch or any kind of electrical switch. It will not produce hydrogen until you turn it on so saying when you go to turn it off and run it on regular gas to prime your system for the next day do you want to go to the same procedures turning it on and off takes a few minutes each day and you’ll get about 100 miles or more a gallon depending on how rich of fuel you want to run if you wanna turn it off completely, you’ll save your sending unit from your fuel tank. This is what a lot of people mess up.

Funny how I have classes on bio diesel and how using it straight doesn't make sense if everyone used it but using mixtures is a more ideal way to incorporate it. If 1 out 1000 guys ran straight bio diesel we could still have enough canola plants to make the bio diesel. Any more and we'd start needing a new planet to grow canola plants for the oil.
