Not sure if you know this, I just found it out recently. The ground wire connects to the bolt to the left next to the one you connected it to. The bottom right one you connected it to isn’t grounded and is actual a empty thread hole that is used for the right hand drive integras throttle body bracket

What is the torque specifics. For the 10 mm bolts for the valve cover.?

I hope to God you aren't putting silicone sealer on this motor. Use Honda bond or whatever is recommended. But never silicone sealer.
