- Johnny Depp's attorneys appeared to get very angry at Amber Heard's lawyer for a comment she made after showing a photo showing what appeared to be a red mark on Amber Heard's face after what she said was an attack by Depp. The lawyer was pointing out that the police officers who arrived on scene at the time of the incident and did not see any signs of abuse but this photo appears to show otherwise.

She clicked everything from Johnny sleeping to taking pictures of fake bruises but the one bruise where that would be very very evident that you cannot hide with makeup, that she didn't click?
She went out with Johnny the next day and was pictured. A wound of that level doesn't heal in a day, she didn't find the time to click a picture then?

The only injury picture i saw that was convincing was the arm bruise, it look like a wound you get if someone grab you by the arm to stop you. The other like in this video look like she hit herself like a psycho would do. Shes so lame, incredible
Looking at the photo 'evidence' the so called bruise is in the same spot as her blush...and adjusting for the oversaturation filter used...her skin tone is darker and so is the 'bruise'. I couldn't tell the difference.
Looks like her lawyer told her to stop with the fake crying and pretending to be hysterical. I hope the jury notices the sudden shift in demeanor. So far, everything she's said and done goes right along with the psychologist's description of histrionic and borderline personality disorder.

So her friend took the pictures to “protect” her but she called the police and didn’t cooperate because she wanted to “protect” Johnny. Interesting 🤨
Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven:
1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company.
3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie.
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) Domestic violence lawyers analyzing the case said her broken nose is fake and doesn't look like any of the countless injuries they've seen, and it's impossible to cover the swelling and bruising with makeup.
8) A former FBI and CIA body language expert said she shows signs of deception.
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries.
10) Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay .
12) Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife .
14) Allegedly hated his drinking problem and wanted to help him quit, but drank in front of him all the time .
15) Was completely different in her 2016 deposition, where she was arrogant and smirking.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7.5 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out.
17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order.
18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines.
19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public
20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH").
21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “nasty puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “nasty puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to be shown of ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see nasty puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??)

They took the photos because the police were coming and they needed proof to show them? Wouldn't her actual face be proof? The face they saw no injuries on? How were these "injuries" visible in photos but not in real life?

Notice how she describes each photo as “my face” while the officer described “red cheeks and red puffy eyes (from crying)”. Already he’s more reliable and accurate in the description, and I swear by the 4th time I heard her say “that’s my face” I was OVER IT

so someone called the police, but she didn't want to speak with them in order to "protect Johnny". So she didn't want to show her face, but instead had a photos taken before, during and after the incident and a pic of the police card. so thoughtful and demented.
Exactly what I thought!! First thing officers will do is take photos. Also they will try and seperate the two for the night, just so that they can both get some air and rest. They will also call in EMS if they think any form of abuse/assault took place. You can get your face to look like that by pushing it to the wall for about 1 minute. The blood will take a while to get back into your skin all the way which will leave a reddish area for a little bit. This is no evidence, it's a desperate act of trying to make Mr. Depp look like the abuser.

What a contradiction. She didn't want "this to come out" or to "hurt Johnny", yet she wrote an op ed while under a negotiated gag order, unprovoked.
She's not saying "I was afraid of what Johnny would do to me", but describes him as having behavior that made her fear for her life.
Even the counter suit is contradictory. If she didn't want his money, how is she justified to $100m? If it's for physical and emotional damage, she could have done that in the divorce settlement. She has no medical records to indicate such physical and emotional damage, so wtf?
Even if she wanted to counter suit for libel, her Aquaman 2 pay was for $2m, not $100m.
Without a physician stating those are real injuries from the phone, I wouldn't trust the photo evidence simply because Amber is an actress and is knowledgable about makeup and how to use cosmetics to portray bruises or red marks. She also could have slapped herself or had her friend slap her.
either way its not consistent with the injuries she claims to have sustained. I got hit with a phone once by my sister as kids and my eye was Black like a racoon and we were like 10 years old. Her Face looks like she put blush on it. She's a total liar. I've tripped over my cat trying to avoid stepping on him and ended up with more marks than she had in those photos. The only 'beatings' she's taken are from the mountain of evidence and testimonies from JD's lawyers refuting her claims and allegations.
As someone who was abused, i could not even look at that person, nor say their name, or even hear it without feeling sick and scared. She actively tries to meet eyes with him, constantly looks towards him to see his reaction, has no problem saying his name, even sounds comfortable saying Johnny, in contrast to him who doesn't look up at all, doesn't even glance her way, has to take a breath to say Miss Heard and even sounds unwilling to mention her. How she doesn't even take a second to remember her alleged abuse, when in my experience it's very blurry to remember, sometimes i get lost in the memory and have trouble putting it into words and i know my face is blank when i do describe it. She doesn't look scared, sad or even traumatized when recalling her alleged abuse, she looks extremely angry and vengeful.
To me it's very clear who the abuser and the victim are.

This also causes issues with the makeup kit that her attorney claimed in her opening statement was the specific one she used, when the company publicly stated it hadn't even been released for sale when she claims to have been using it. Now Amber has changed that story to be "one like it".

Either way the photos are not consistent with the injuries she claims to have sustained and why would she need to take photos if the cops were on their way? They would see the marks and take photos themselves for evidence. I don't know how she got any acting roles with that performance.

Actually after looking at the third photo, you notice is makeup. She had use probably a couple of blush and maybe some eye shadow. If you see the other cheek she had a similar tone of blush but applied in a lower area which make her face looks skinnier on that side than in the other. Then you see the 4th of 5th picture and you notice they forgot what area and put makeup in a different area. It’s soo fake that she state she doesn’t remember if was before or after.

Or slapped herself just before the picture was taken! I went to a reported DV incident many years ago when this woman reported being battered by her husband she had a broken nose and two black eyes. Long story short after he was arrested it transpired that her husband was actually the victim of abuse and she had actually hit her own face repeatedly with a frying pan to cover her tracks! She didn’t know husband had recorded the incident and had started recording incidents due the the level of violence he was experiencing including this woman stabbing him. The injuries he documented was sickening mostly hidden from the neck down -this woman was putting cigarettes out on him and all sorts.

It’s telling that when asked “why did you take the pictures?” [of her own face], rather than answer what any sincere person would (“to document/evidence the injury/abuse”), Heard goes on some long-winded, rambling spiel about the cops coming, not knowing what they’d do, not knowing what Depp would do etc. I don’t know for sure that she’s lying, but these overly intricate, drawn out replies to simple questions is a typical sign of someone overcompensating in their answers to mask untruthfulnesses.

What I see in the picture I could potentially describe as flushing or slight sunburn, or even rosacea or any kind of skin rash. By no means the minimal amount of redness shown in this picture looks like the bruising that would appear after physical contact with her face.
after a life of muay thai practice i have seen all sorts of bruises from tiny red shapes to purple lines due to bones impacting against the face, all i see is a slight flush of someone who clearly just rubbed her own face a little and has no ideia how a actual bruise should look like.
