My friend used to have one with around 250bhp about 10 years ago. Always put a big smile on my face soon as it hits boost

I had an EP82. Same engine 4E-FTE on HKS 2835 turbo. running 280hp. watched this video and kind of miss my EP82
ive got such a soft spot for a glanza, id have it in white as well. Top car this one and built very well
Fun fact, the Yaris was the replacement for the Starlet in Japan. So it is the original GR Yaris as to speak.

God I miss my old Starlet after watching this
Our friends used a stock 5E engine, bolted a WRX stock turbo on it, added a Haltech E6K, and Walbro 256L fuel pump and made the same power. The 5E engines are strong, and the automatic tranny handled it quite well too.

the starlet is a budget drag/street racing car. it has nothing to do about cornering... btw, well done for the built, its beautiful and i hope reliable! my 2 cents. 🙂

I've got a GR Yaris and only bought it because I saw it as the modern day equivalent of my Starlet Turbo (which I still have)
