I got to drive the car my parents got 2 months after I was born, when not using my Mom’s wagon. It was a 1976 Mercedes 240D, Diesel where I had to pull a starter knob to warm the glow plugs in order to start it.

@elake Thanks for all the hard work you and the other team members do at the service centers! A good experience at the service center can make or break people's opinion about the brand. I had a Chevy and always had terrible experiences at the dealership with maintenance. If I ever end up needing to bring my Tesla in, I hope I get someone great like you!

To me, as a European, it seems crazy, that you can't live without a car, so a family of 5 needs 4 (and soon 5) cars...

it doesn’t surprise me as much as we are a family of 4 with 4 cars here in the uk, some places here do need cars based on what we do, i personally live 50 mins away from uni and others live 15-30 mins away from work so we have a the need but others can walk to work within 5 mins etc just is based on our lifestyle here in Europe

@@frankie123456ization I think in UK it is still necessary, cause as the other person said, some places do need cars, and that is also the reason why London is one of the top city for traffic jams throughout the year.
But other European Countries, especially the countries in EU, whenever I visited them, rarely felt any need to own a car.
The Public Transport is so much superior.

I had a 2019 Model 3 SR+ for 4 yrs 7 months, best car I'd ever owned! Now I swapped it for a Y in December, but it's SO GOOD
I like a sporty car so the stiffer suspension was actually a positive for me!

You don't need the foam filled tires. It doesn't make any noticeable difference and not worth an extra $100 per tired.
I have had the ford maverick non-hybrid for 2.5 years, It is an amazing little truck. (besides constant recalls)

in your video You said you bought some special tires to help cut down the sound can you please let us know what tires you purchased and where, also do you know anything about the suspension for a 18 model S we have noticed it just seems a little rough over bumps and road irregularities it does have the air suspension and it seems to be working properly and I don’t hear any noises coming from the suspension, howeverthe ride is just a little rougher than we would like
is there an additional shock or something that we should be replacing our car has 66,000 miles on it. We are very happy with it. I would like to soften up the ride.

Do you need a panorama sunroof cover on the model y and tinted front windows if you live in utah? I feel like even with the roof cover on, it doesn't really help keep the car cool.

I just sold my 2018 Model 3 with less than 49k miles with Enhanced Autopilot, PPF (and ceramic coating). If I knew you were looking for Model 3, I would have sold it to you (from Texas).

I get it's more of a "family" car then her car but you could have at least considered her request a little more considering you have the means to do so. I only say this because you bothered to ask her what she wanted.
It’s also really funny like I get saving money but dude is not the average person he could’ve spent like 30k and not missed it
And with used teslas getting cheaper, it’s really good value for what the car is capable of. I bought a 2019 M3 low mileage back in Nov for under 28k and feels like new.

FSD computer means it is capable of FSD. Where it says autopilot is where it lists what feature is enabled. Autopilot is free. EAP is a paid upgrade and FSD is the top tier paid upgrade

2019 model 3 is 30-36K, a new 2024 Volvo EX30 is at the same price range and it looks so much better with even more safety features.

My 2019 100K Model 3 still gets 220 miles on a single charge (90%->2%).

8:11 they charged you $83 for filters that cost at max $30 buying online. If you changed them yourself it would have saved you $$. But convenience is a plus, and they got you in right away!
He is a millionare, it's ok that he spent extra $50 bucks.
@@shamil454 thats not the point! the point is he's saying its $83 for the filters and then $10 for the service to install them. The filters actually cost a fraction of that (a fraction of the $30 you buy them for on amazon or what not!

I think a kid shouldn't get something so fancy as a first car. I feel like a 16 year old should get a regular car that doesn't cost $20k first time drivers get into accidents all the time and I know I wouldn't wanna have to fix an expensive car when it happens. In my own opinion you should really buy a car that's less than $5,000 for a kid until they are more experienced. My first cars were an 84 El Camino and a 94 S10 Blazer. I was able to buy my blazer myself buty grandpa gave me the elky
Completely agree with what you said. Dan has a bad memory of how bad he drove at that age. When she gets in a minor accident and has to pay $20000 to get new battery he will remember.

Why another Tesla especially after she said she doesn't want an EV? BMW 330i, Mercedes C300, Lexus IS350, so many much better gas/hybrid options out there.

Autopilot is not extra! I think you’re thinking of FSD. Autopilot comes standard on all teslas for free.

That's probably just because it's a Tesla. Pretty typical for their body panels to not line up.
The left quarter panel and rear door seems to have been involved in an accident and fixed poorly
You need a new camera, it has quite a few dead pixels
