In the Scarlet Crusade's defense, there's always obvious doors and passageways we can't open. Their foot hold in the living quarter seems more likely that they entered through the port we never see. It would make more sense also because it would allow them to send troops and supplies from Scarlet Sanctuary. We know they have ships, because we found them in Northrend.
That recreation was gold. 10/10 production value. Been subbed for awhile and each video continues to surprise me in a new way. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
I purged the city as Arthas in Warcraft III like thousand times, I really fucking like the game. The story is so well made and it has lots of replay value to me (the original, that Reforged shit was a fucking ripoff and I'm not even buying it).
4:15 that show, im so touched, it was amazing, absolutely breathtaking. The emotions, the dramatic scenery, absolutely a masterpiece. I don't know how you managed to put this togehter, but 11/10 is what i give it.
The worst part for Arthas I think is that his favored weapon was a hammer. A big ole hammer. The kind of hammer that doesnt kill children and babies cleanly. The kind of hammer that kills children and babies in ways that make you want to tear out your own heart years later thinking about it.
Who say that to you? I hammer can kill children and babies clearly if you put enough force on it. ;D ALWAYS DO YOUR PURGE DUTY RIGHT (Or you will be next)
Well... I guesse striking swiftly with a hammer in the head may be a better option. Since hammer would stun and kill one instantly, when the sword would leave them bleeding out.

Also didn't we go back in time with the bronze dragonflight to make sure that the infinite dragonflight doesn't mess up the timeline with the Cullong of Strathlome... would've been funny to see like a pandaren with a human mask helping Arthas with it.

@@kerkezpavle Thank you so much for telling me of this, that was a pure amazing mindfuck on Uther to Arthas, I think that one is definitely the number 1, thank you my man thank you
Referring to the question if every single civilian was infected and if Arthas killed everyone, the answer is not really, since later on in WC3 you can see Uther and Jaina returning to Stratholme and there's civilians everywhere gathering the corpses and burning them.
Thats insane! What a dark and sad history of Stratholm bit i love the duneon .... I've never been in a war, never mind a culling but this is close enough. I mean revert this to actual life and imagine being in Stratholm watching all the death around you. you need therapy for years 💀🔥
The warcraft 1 experience was priceless. The bases were so large and the battles were amazingly executed. Graphics not so good but since when has that stopped us from enjoying ourselves?
This is all oversimplified (I love the puppet show and all), but there was little details if you haven't been paying attention or you haven't played Warcraft 3 (I have played the original Warcraft 3 years ago). Both Arthas and Jania (after killing Kel'Thuzad) arrive in Hearthglen, heard of an Undead Strike Force about attack said town, Jania teleports to Uther to warn him about the situation, and Arthas finds out (and he and his men are the only witnesses) the plaque turns people into the Undead. After Uther comes in to save the day, then they go to Stratholm. So, a lot of details left out; but you have to make this video shareable and simplified so people can get a general idea of how it happened without explaining too much (lore explanation can take hours if not simplified).
I remember after running through Strathholme for the first time, telling my guildies that Timmy was a Boss. Only to have to explain to them that in Warcraft III you come across Timmy during the first part of the human campaign, then you come across him again as a neutral ghoul while destroying cages in Andorhal.
2:42 Attention all Silver Hands Paladins, Stratholme needs your help to put an end on a plague. All you have to do is give your credit card number, the three digits in the back and the expiration month and year. But you have to be quick, or Arthas will purge the entire city.
@5:00 Did Arthas to the right thing? - Absolutely, Stratholme was Lordaeron's second biggest city and everybody inside of it was due to become a soldier for the Scourge. Had Arthas not purged Stratholme, the Scourge would have become physically unstoppable and Lordaeron would have fallen within days. What if a cure is created? - In the span of three days, for which Arthas, Jaina and Uther were already late? Unlikely. In fact, in the current Dragonflight lore it has been 20 years since the Scourge invaded Lordaeron, and there is *still* no cure for Undeath. Is letting them turn into zombies a better decision? - No, because they were in a literal race against time versus Mal'Ganis, who spirited every new Scourge convert away in order to amass them. Waiting for them to turn would have been the same as handing Mal'Ganis an army. Did the Plague really infect everyone? - Most likely, yes. The Plague of Undeath is known for being infectious not by ingesting it, but even just by being near it. And grain is a high-demand food, so most likely everybody got their part of the shipment, and got infected even if they hadn't eaten the grain yet. Every single Human NPC in Stratholme in the Caverns of Time dungeon turns into a zombie as well. The Culling was a big turning point for Arthas - True, but so was the fact that he had to do it all alone. Jaina not taking part is understandable, she just assisted Arthas with the investigation but was never ordered or authorized by Antonidas to participate in a purge, but Uther actively shirked his duties as a protector of Lordaeron by refusing to take part. Sacrifice is the cornerstone of the Paladin ethos, and he refused to sacrifice his peace of mind for the sake of Lordaeron. The result was the fall of the kingdom as a whole. TL;DR: Arthas did nothing wrong. Uther did everything wrong.
there is a timeline out there where Jaina and uther stayed and helped defend the town, possibly snapping arthas out of his obsession. wonder why that tineline is not considered the prime tineline by the titans
