Definitely quieter and its been a blessing in some ways and a bummer in others. Its great if theres no tourist crowds but theres still a local life but when both are missing theres a feeling of emptiness.
Thank you!! We absolutely are loving exploring this beautiful country! Such beautiful nature, yummy food, and kind people. We have a fee more Albanian vlogs coming! Hope you love them. So glad you found our channel and thank you for the welcome!
Looks like a beautiful cable car ride! We know the feeling of places being closed...that happened a lot on our Eurotrip last year in December 🙈 but still worth going up and seeing the beautiful sunset views 🥰 So funny how the ‘popular’ restaurant was empty 😂 Amy: “what part of the lamb is that?” 🤣🤣🤣 I had the same question! Love your bloops, you guys are so cute!
Its was definitely a nice cable car ride and worth it to just be able to see the sunset from above and as we went back down. The restaurant thing was really interesting because it was recommended by several different people and to see it empty after walking by other places that were full of people was interesting haha. We love the bloops it makes the videos more fun for us to watch knowing there will be some laughter in the end. :)
In Ukraine you could only ride a bus is there are seats, no standing allowed. It was interesting to see the bus so full also but as we said in the video there was a new law where everyone had to wear masks in all indoor and outdoor public spaces so we felt safe with everyone wearing a mask. The levels in the Balkan countries were definitely low compared to most countries too which was great that it was open for tourism and levels low. Yes lamb wasn't the best unfortunately it's okay though sometimes that happens :)
Those views were incredible!! So nice to watch the sunset from up there. I'm afraid of heights so I'm not sure I'd be able to have my eyes open in that cable car. My husband and I were betting whether the lamb would be reheated.. he guessed it would be, so I lost. That's too bad it wasn't a better experience. You never know until you try though!
The views were really great, and as long as you don't really think about it too too much its not too scary but depending on the person it could be the best or worst 20 min trip each way. were both happy we still went and gave it a try regardless of how empty it was its all part of the experience and fun, sorry you lost the bet though :)
Awww that is so encouraging! We are so grateful for every single person who enjoys watching our travel vlogs. Means so much to us 💛 so glad you are here!
Wow beautiful! I love Albania, we have some friends and ministries in Albania with mission e4. In saranda, tirana and I dont know where else exactly but they are the most hospitable and great food! Gorgeous mountain views! Sorry your meal was disappointing, it was funny to watch though 🤣
We had to share the downs too haha 😂 we felt awful doing it because the hospitality and food besides this one meal was out of the park good!! 🤦🏼♀️ but thought sharing some of the other reality is good too! We loved Tirana and Sarende so glad there are Jesus lovers loving on the people in those places 🥰 they were all so so sweet to us!
I hate it when you go somewhere and can't understand which bus to take!! haha! The views from the cable car are just spectacular!! Loving your yellow hat by the way 💛 I actually feel the haziness adds to the shots..looks gorgeous! I would love to be sitting there having something to eat with those views! The padlock heart is cute :) That sunset though 😍 "What part of the lamb is that?..." 😂😂 Great vlog guys! 💙
It's a little more stressful but there's a slight fun aspect of figuring things out the old school way before google maps made life a whole lot easier haha. Amy loves yellow :) it's her favorite color
Cable cars are cool if you are not afraid of heights. I have been on some really cool ones and some not so cool. The view is amazing. I think the view is not enough for businesses to bring guests. They need something the kids can enjoy to bring families all the way up. Sorry the dinner was disappointing. Safe travels!
I can totally see how there's some nice ones and some not so nice ones out there. I was a little scared for sure as you're really high up haha. It definitely seems like a great place for families in the summer months with all the attractions. We still had an enjoyable and memorable day :) thank you, you too!
I love the travel reality. Not everything pans out how you think it will. :) Good for you guys for trying that restaurant anyway. I had a a similar experience in Puerto Rico, the food wasn't terrible, but not the best. Haha. I definitely appreciate your honesty.
So glad to know it is appreciated. In this filter and “ultimate experience” world it’s hard to know how sharing the misses of travel will land with people but we like sharing the day to day and ups and downs of travel life. Sorry you had a miss experience too in PR. Hope you had some good ones too in PR, such yummy food there!! We really are so grateful for you watching our videos and commenting! We love hearing your travel stories too. The good and not so good 😊
Hey Anna! Yes, as much as we'd love to be real time, it's a bit hard to make videos quickly on our old laptop while we're go go go especially. That said we're trying to catch up :) we're about 3.5 weeks behind currently.
This channel needs more love!
Thank you! We really appreciate all the love and encouragement you have been giving it!
Ok, now, I need to look for some lamb to eat... 😂
Definitely one of our favs and the fact that in parts of the world it is the meat of choice and not expensive is AMAZING!
This shows that travel has changed, Places are soooo quiet :) but then again, it's probably the best time to travel as no crowds :)
Definitely quieter and its been a blessing in some ways and a bummer in others. Its great if theres no tourist crowds but theres still a local life but when both are missing theres a feeling of emptiness.
So fun and such beautiful views 💕💕💕 miss you guys!

Thanks for stopping by and watching our vlog, glad you enjoyed it!
The view. The freaking view. W-o-w.
Was worried about how packed the bus was with the virus...how are levels?
The lamb...not as good as the view.

It was definitely a nice view from the top especially during the sunset. Not sure which part but it was lamb for sure at least :)

Fun vlog guys! How long are you planning on spending in Albania?
Thanks guys! We actually already left Albania but we were there for about a week and a half i think.
I'm curious- I'm assuming your videos are backlogged, but how far? Are you still in Albania? When was this filmed?
